Those of you whose weight is more than their BMI should use this fasting period to lose weight...You dont have any excuses for looking like a faat sweaty human....Only you eats 5 cups of rice at a sitting and one hour later you are hungry?HABA!!!
Snap yourself after this what you are reading and start tomorrow...At the end of the fasting there must be progress....
How dare you eat four times a day? Dont you know that the older you get, the more you should reduce food intake and increase liquid intake?
When i visited Naija to bury my Dad,the way i saw people eating, i will never forget..NEVER cos i was STUNNED..
The only person that shied from eating large amount of food was BV Martins..LOL......Martins was it seafood Okro you ate ? I have such beautiful memories of the motherland.....Martins arrived my hotel at 7am and left by 10pm in the night..he had such a great time with my cousins and other guests but i didnt have enough time for him cos visitors choke! #awesomehuman. #indigochild
I will also never forget the rat and cockroach incident at the Lufthansa Business lunge in Lagos...OH MY GOD!!!
Please ignore my drama queen mode, i remembered these things cos someone messaged me this morning that she just a pet - A Big rat! (Bush meat oh)lol

Anyway....enjoy the rest of the day...It is snowing here at my end!...What weather do you have?

YOU NEED TO READ THIS

I was once invited to supervise exams for 200-level students in a university. I was strict , no phones, no whispering, no “assistance.”
After one hour, I walked round the hall.
Over 100 students had blank scripts.
Not because the questions were too hard, but because there was no space for malpractice.
That moment exposed a painful truth:
We’re not raising thinkers.
We’re raising dependents.
Many students don’t lack intelligence, they lack independence. Once shortcuts disappear, everything collapses.
Every time we help students cheat,
every time schools run miracle centres,
every time parents pay for “sure passes,”
we quietly teach children that competence doesn’t matter, connections do.
Certificates without capacity are fraud in neat envelopes.

Failing honestly is feedback.
Passing dishonestly is sabotage.
So I ask:Are we educating minds, or rehearsing cheats?

WEIRD FACTS

--Be grateful for the good times and keep the faith during the bad times. Stay positive when life gives you every reason to be negative.

---A "Mouse potato" is someone who spends a lot of time at a computer.

---Be strong. Things will get better.

Master Your Craft, Lead Your Field

No two people are equipped with exactly the same talents, interests, or ambitionsand that variety is what makes progress possible.
The goal is not to become what others are, but to become exceptional at what you are meant to do.

Every role, skill, and profession holds room for mastery.

Excellence is less a matter of position and more a matter of attitude. Whether your title is assistant, manager, technician, or entrepreneur, your commitment determines your level of achievement. When you decide to perform at a higher standard than required, your value naturally rises.

As your competence becomes clear, others begin seeking your guidance, your help, and your leadership. What begins as doing your work well turns into influencing how the work is done.
Those who consistently stand out in their field eventually move from following direction to giving it because mastery attracts responsibility, and responsibility leads to leadership.
Napoleon Hill says
“You can do it if you believe you can.”

That number 8 and 9 na wah!!!

*************

The Moment You Realise Your Worth.

There will come a quiet moment in your life, not dramatic, not loud when you sit alone and finally ask yourself a powerful question:
“Why have I been accepting less than I deserve?”

That moment changes everything.
You will start to notice how much of yourself you’ve given to people who never gave back…
how much energy you poured into relationships, friendships, and situations that didn’t pour into you.
And suddenly it becomes clear:
Your worth was never missing, you just stopped recognising it.
When that realisation hits, something shifts inside you.
You stop begging for love.
You stop chasing people who don’t value your presence.
You stop explaining yourself to those committed to misunderstanding you.
You stop accepting the bare minimum wrapped in excuses.
You begin choosing yourself, fully and without apology.

And that’s when your whole life begins to elevate.
Because when you realise your worth, you walk differently.
Your standards rise.
Your boundaries sharpen.
Your heart becomes wiser.
And you finally understand that peace is more important than pleasing people.
A person who knows his / her worth becomes unstoppable not because your perfect, but because you are finally awake.

Who can relate to this,is it real USA emblem or air freshener?
I'm wondering how someone in Naija will be using the USA emblem.

  12. There's this chef/ barber that Davido recently uplifted. I've been following him since last year, we call him Daddym.
So, Davido invited him and his mom to Lagos, he cooked for the whole family, the musician was impressed and so gave him a whooping 10 million naira.
Doors began to open, you know how it is with everything that David touches.
Eko hotels invited him, celebrities and CEOs identified with and came to see him. Cheques and alerts dropped from them. I was so happy for this guy chai.
Finally, he was gifted a car by one car dealer to ease his movement and you know, encourage him.
Now this chef made a post where he was signing the documents for and picking the car.
Would you believe that this guy pasted his account details and said 'guys fuel my car'.
I was shocked. Like what the actual fuq?
This is a guy that got almost or more than 15m in a week, a brand new car and free publicity.
Why is it that some people have been ingrained with the spirit of greed? No dignity, no shame, no gratitude? All they want is to receive and receive and receive. Whyyyyy
I was highly disappointed and unfollowed him. Yes, I know you'll say I don't matter, he won't notice, he's still loved bla bla bla. I don't care. I unfollowed him cos I don't fan rubbish. A few comments on that post called him out for it which means I wasn't the only sensible person on that thread.

  14. There is this my colleague that hardly shares his power bank.

This guy has two power banks.

Anytime you see him, his phone is permanently glued to one power bank. Once that one dies, he will switch to the second one immediately.

If you ask him, “Please, can you help me with your power bank?”

He will say, “My phone is low. It will soon off.”

I have never asked him before o. This is what he tells other people.

Now yesterday, we didn’t have light at home. I came to work, and still no light at the office.

My phone was low, and I knew he was the only one that came with a power bank...

He entered the office as usual, with his phone and power bank attached together.

So I asked him, “Please help me with your power bank.”

He replied, “My phone is low. It will soon off.”

I stretched my hand and pressed his phone and it was 90%.

    I said, “No nah, it’s 90%!”

He still replied, “The phone is low, abeg.”

At that point I knew he was very stingy, and e vex me o.

A few minutes later, they sent him downstairs for an errand with two other guys, to go and bring in a new office table.

Immediately he left, I quickly removed his cord and plugged my own phone. My charger is very fast, at least I will collect 5% before he comes back.

Then I looked at his phone and murmured: "Imagine saying your phone is low at 90%, stingy koko.”

Out of curiosity, I pressed his phone again and it was already off.

    Off keh!?

    I said, “Ah ah?!”

I quickly removed my phone and plugged his own back.

    And it started charging again...

    from 1%

    ahhhh!

Wetin I go explain give this boy now!

    I didn't know his phone was on a life support o ๐Ÿฅน

    7. Even if the guy's phone isn't faulty, I'll still support that he's stingy with his power banks. It's best to buy your own.
Every Nigerian with a smartphone should own a power bank, it's very necessary considering that power failure is inevitable in the country.
I don't share my power bank with anyone except my mom. Even if your phone is at 1%, I no dey give. I could only offer my phone for you to make that one last call you said was an emergency.
I took that decision after being a mumu to my former neighbors. My power bank was the compound property until it blew one day. Everybody locked up.
I saved, bought a new one, made sure they saw it and locked it in a cage. I was called wicked, who sigh?
Even when I'm traveling, I don't share with my fellow passengers. They'll ask, I'll politely say no, I'm using it. This same passenger would have been on the phone texting, watching skits, playing music, forgetting they're going a long distance. When the phone is about to die, they'll remember to ask for that power bank they gave me money to buy and charge.
      I no dey give!
