A UK‑based lady has accused popular singer and hypeman Segun Johnson of abandoning her after 13 years of dating..She said that he convinced her to leave her life in the UK and relocate to Nigeria so they could build a future together.
But barely two weeks later, everything changed. Segun travelled to the UK and returned with a money‑counting machine, which he claimed was a gift from someone. Suspicious, she checked his phone and discovered that a woman he met in London had given him the machine and that they had been dating for about a year. When she confronted him, he showed no remorse. Instead, he later sent her a voice note ending the relationship and saying he wanted to “move on with someone else” because he wasn’t getting any younger.
She said the breakup shocked her because he was the one who insisted she relocate, only for her to return and catch him cheating within two weeks. She added that what hurt most was realising he had already been building a new life with another woman behind her back.
In a video now circulating online, she explained that she had been living independently in the UK when Segun urged her to return, promising stability and support.
She eventually agreed, resigned from her new job, and flew to Lagos without telling friends. He picked her up from the airport, gifted her a necklace, and they celebrated his birthday together the next day, February 14.

In her words: “I have been in a relationship with him for 13 years… He told me to relocate back to Nigeria, and he would provide whatever I needed… Later, he sent me a VN saying he wanted to move on with someone else. I was shocked because he was the one who told me to relocate back to Nigeria.”
According to her, Segun immediately sent all her belongings back to her via Uber, leaving her devastated after more than a decade of loyalty, sacrifice, and shared history.
