In one picture she is wearing barely any makeup, in the other one she has her tarantula lashes on, lip filler, beauty mark on forehead and lip, nose contoured or maybe had a little nose job, then a face full of impeccably applied makeup. It's an unfair comparison.

ReplyDeleteShe did not age backwards. The 2017 look is even better than the 2026 one. Natural, no enhancements or filters as in the 2026 pic. People should do exact like for like for better comparison.

MORNING (Empty Stomach – Daily)
Detox Smoothie
• 1 cucumber
• A handful of spinach
• Juice of ½ lemon
• Ginger
• 1 tbsp soaked chia seeds
• 1 cup water
Optional: You can add green apple if you want to sweeten it a bit
👉 Blend and drink slowly.
After 20 minutes:
Drink a glass of warm water.
This is to be taken first thing in the morning and last thing at night for 7days.
For the 7 days, no cooked food.
You can eat oats, fruits and if yiubare enable to bear the hunger, you can take vegetable soup.

Delete19:03. It depends on how serious you take it. I lost 3k in one week. And if you are consistent with it, it'd be a life style for you. That way, you get to maintain your size.

She goes through all this stress regularly? How old is she? She didn't age backward in my eyes because I've many laddies in their fourties in our local environment who look younger than her without investing in much products. I don't think she's even older than me.

Remember that the environment has changed, the quality of our foods have changed, the water is hard not soft etc etc.
Unless you are living in one backwater village , like Owerri Slim Daddy with 'young fourty' year olds that he claims he sees, you have to protect yourself from environmental stress, skin photo aging, poor diet, stress etc.
And this is for men as well. I like seeing men who take their grooming and skin care VERY.

That dry, scaly, whitish, patchy skin, stray hair, yellow stained teeth with bad breath, greasy earlobes, dirty unkempt nails,(and what is that long one like a vulture's claw for?????) are so off putting.

You don't acquire all the wealth you claim to acquire just to end up eating trash which ends up making you go through all these stress just to look good and those of us who have nothing much going on in our lives still have fresh looking skin and even tone. We no fat but we still get fresh skin. We don't even stay in air-conditioned environment yet we're cool. Even in my 'understanding boyfriend wigs' , I still look very much okay compared to you in particular. Narcissist come out of anon mode.
