ReplyDeleteSome of you play way too much here and sometimes I don’t know if I should just laugh it off or get upset. I hadn’t visited the blog until this evening. I left home early in the morning for a job, only to log on to the blog and read someone accusing me of going anonymous to drop a comment. Like how na? Me, drop a comment anonymously like I’m afraid of who exactly?
I have said things that hit hard on this blog, even put up a defense for some people here with my full chest. So why would I now start going anonymous?
A couple of weeks ago I said I had stopped commenting on Spotanous and IHN posts, with the reason being that they’re the two posts where I’m often insulted, ridiculed, and made mockery of. Let me reiterate: I don’t do anonymous here. Don’t get me involved in your shenanigans again.
Leave me alone. I don't need any drama thrown at me.
I have been here long enough to know and understand the game you people play here. You gaslight people who choose to stay in their lane, and when they react, they become the villains and petty ones. No one ever talks about how it all started. You only see the reaction but not what necessitated it. You accused me wrongly and want me to keep silent so that it becomes admissible.
Please, for the very last time, no one should involve me in whatever drama happens here anymore. I have better things to do with my life at this point. I’m done with the nonsense most of you bring my way here. I don’t want it anymore. Let me concentrate on posts here where I won’t be attacked and ridiculed.
Enough said.

DeleteStill on the back and forth over Dante’s comment that raised these whole dust, I would like to say a few things.

You have always talked about keeping here clean, which I think is better and long overdue. I really appreciate that effort and I'd love to see it happen. But you see, most of the time the same women accusing Dante of denigrating women are also guilty of the same thing they accuse him of doing. I have read comments here saying a condom would have done more justice than birthing him. Another said he should have been flushed down the drain.
Was Dante’s comment wrong? YES, very wrong. I condemned it in the strongest terms. A man who knows the process through which he came into existence shouldn’t degenerate to that level. It was a statement made without a careful thought, which I will never support. I did try to make him retract those words but he wasn’t ready for that. I respect his decision. But enabling attacks on him every day, just like I read today on IHN that a goat gave birth to him, beats the very sanity you’re trying to instill on this blog.
I read yesterday how you wrote about how some of his comments caused you unpleasant experiences which you didn’t disclose to anyone. My apologies for that.
Going forward, I do think you can put a stop to all that. The buck stops at your table. What you allow and enable makes you complicit. So if you don’t want that experience anymore, be it from Dante or the women here going low too, do not condone such comments anymore. Don’t give them life. Delete them when you see them. Save us from all these toxic and negative dramas here.

This place is a leveler, cos what the f is this? You really see yourself as something here. What is all these jargons you typed? Suddenly your boss is a saint, when he insults women unprovoked, you don't tell him, you hail him. They gave him a dose of his own medicine, or should i say his own bitterness, you open your mouth to say nonsense. I don't blame you, it is the people that have made you feel like a stewpid kang i blame.

Invited to a birthday party for today that began by 7pm. I didn't bother going. Anything from 6pm now, you can't find me outside unless it's unavoidable. I leave night party for night crawlers abeg 😄
