NNPCL Reduces Fuel Price For The 2nd Time In 4 Days

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited has reduced its fuel pump price again, the second cut in four days. A market survey in Abuja showed NNPCL outlets dropping petrol from N1260 to N1210 per litre, a reduction of N50.

This comes just two days after Dangote Refinery also reduced its petrol gantry price by N50 to N1125 per litre. Four days earlier, NNPCL had already cut its pump price by N75.
With the latest adjustment, petrol now sells between N1210 and N1305 per litre across Abuja. The reductions follows falling global crude oil prices, now at 69 dollars for West Texas Intermediate and 71 dollars for Brent crude.
