According to community reports, the siblings had a dispute over a cement business they jointly ran and the brother allegedly declared her “mentally unstable” so he could seize full control of the business.
He then locked her in a dark room, chained her, and left her without proper food, care, or sunlight.
She was discovered when a man fetching water nearby had heard strange noises and raised the alarm....
When neighbours finally broke into the room, she was found extremely thin, weak, and unable to stand, sitting helplessly among dirt and rubble.
She has since been taken to the hospital for urgent treatment.
Authorities are now investigating the disturbing incident.
