The agency rescued one hundred and six youths and arrested the alleged proprietor, who reportedly lured victims with promises of admission into a foreign university.
Officials said the victims paid various amounts for the supposed admission, and many were encouraged to recruit others for commissions, making the setup appear like a fraudulent scheme.

ReplyDeleteI bet most of the applicants likely did not have good grades and this operation had a low requirements for acceptance. They preyed on vulnerable individuals who needed hope for the future, because these unregulated schools are the only place they will get accepted.
