Pastor Adeboye Reveals What God Told Him Concerning Kidnapped Oyo Students And Teachers

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye has said that God revealed to him that the release of the abducted school children and teachers in Oyo would be dramatic.

While addressing his congregation at the US-Nigeria Faith Heroes Award Gala on Tuesday June 23 2026, he revealed that God promised to respond concerning the plan for the release of the abducted children and teachers.

In his words;
"The children that were captured, the kidnappers felt like the government was not reacting fast enough to give them the money they've asked for
They slaughtered the teacher and showed the video to the rest of world and then some people began to speak, challenging those of us who has been praying , they said you have fasted, you have prayed, where is your God?
So I went to the Lord in prayer, in deep agony, I said father, you've heard them, they said where is your God , answer them
And then God spoke to me, he said as for the release of the children, it's going to be dramatic, but he didn't tell me the time or the details

He said we should leave that aspect in his hands, that he would talk to me a bit about what will happen after this particular incident
And one of the things he said will happen to those who have been sponsoring terrorism and Kidnapping in Nigeria".

    His children should collect mic from him o because this is gradually turning to blasphemy.

  12. I pray they survive and everything comes out fine for the whole Nigeria. Baba I am disappointed with your statement about Tpain doing his bit on the issue of security. You protested against a good leader when Jonathan was in power and have refused to put your voice against the difficulty faced by the country.
