Young Entrepreneur Oge Elumelu Set To Transform Youth Opportunities At Africa And Everywhere Festival In Lagos

Serial entrepreneur Tony Elumelu’s daughter, Oge Elumelu, is set to give young Nigerians direct access to some of the country’s most influential companies at the Africa and Everywhere Festival taking place on Saturday July 4, 2026, in Lagos.

Oge is the host of the podcast titled ''Africa and Everywhere: Conversations with Oge'' where she speaks with some of Africa’s most accomplished personalities and shares lessons that many young people may never hear in their everyday lives.

These conversations will come to life at the Africa and Everywhere Festival, created as an extension of the podcast to turn powerful insights into real opportunities.
The Africa and Everywhere Festival is designed for ambitious young Nigerians between the ages of eighteen and thirty. It connects them to respected organisations across Nigeria and provides a platform where they can engage directly with industry leaders, build meaningful relationships, and position themselves for genuine career advancement.

On Saturday July 4, selected participants will take part in speed dating style interviews with leading companies. This format allows them to make strong impressions, have real conversations, and stand out. Successful candidates will secure summer internships of at least six weeks, giving them hands on experience and a clear pathway into the industries they are passionate about.

Opportunities cover major sectors including finance, oil and gas, banking, insurance, healthcare, law, technology, engineering, and hospitality.

Applications exceeded expectations, so not everyone could attend physically. The festival will stream live on the Africa and Everywhere YouTube channel, allowing thousands of young Nigerians to participate virtually.

The Africa and Everywhere Festival is the first of its kind and is set to change the lives of young Nigerians.

Make it a virtual date on July 4, 2026.
