Then, Nelson was providing houses used as filming locations and had worked with several people in the industry. She recounted how Funke later approached her for a location and repeatedly encouraged her to join the industry. However, Bunmi admitted she took those conversations for granted and missed out on what could have been a major career opportunity.
According to her, the incident happened around 2006 or 2007.
She warned people against looking down on others and then apologised directly to Funke Akindele, Kunle Afod, and Sodiq Adebayo. She appealed for another opportunity to work with them.

Same thing I was saying, who is this Bunmi, never heard of her. Yet everyone knows who Funke is. Anyhow, as someone said above everything truly happens for a reason, maybe Funke would have hurt herself or lost her life on that shoot, we never know why things happen as they do, so no reason for regrets.
