Today i ran out of ideas on what to cook.....I cant even ask anyone on this Blog for sharp menu ideas cos na so so swallow una sabi.....I know someone that can swallow three times a day, all week, all month.....Its not about not having money cos the soup for swallow always has everything...what it is, is laziness to make up healthy food, go looking for the healthy ingredients and cooking it...
I am even glad that i dont cook Naija food and only order when i need it cos i used to eat only one type of food before i got here.......
Here i learnt that chicken and salad can be a full meal.....I learnt that veggies without swallow can be a full meal...
So as i was writing i thought of what to prepare....I have big chicken laps...I will remove the skin and spice and put in the over, not air fryer...I want it to cook slowy in a bed of veggies....(Mushroom, broccoli, green, red and yellow pepper,spinach, onions, green beans yellow beans, tomatoes and selery) to go with fries........The chicken will cook for like three hours and become so tender that it melts in your mouth as you eat.......Try it!

CLARITY

1) When you’re trying to convince him.

A lot of women spend too much time arguing with reality.
If his actions keep contradicting his words, stop debating and start paying attention.
Believe what you’re seeing and act accordingly.
4) When he pulls away.
One of the biggest mistakes you can make is talking more when he’s giving you less.
Don’t start bombarding him with questions. Don’t chase. Don’t beg for attention.
Step back.
Not to play games, but to give yourself information.
Cos A man who is genuinely interested in you will make an effort. If he’s serious about you, he will show up.

GOD IS WONDERFUL
The bladder is one of the greatest blessings God has given to humans. The bladder collects urine made by the kidneys every 20 seconds, allowing a person to stay in the same place for hours without having to go to the bathroom. If the bladder didn’t exist, a person would have to defecate every 20 seconds, making it difficult to carry out daily tasks.
One patient who had bladder cancer had his natural bladder removed and an intestinal pouch transplanted in its place. The doctor told him: " When you had a natural bladder, you could easily feel it full and go to the bathroom, but with an artificial bladder, you can’t feel it, and you have to empty it every hour, day or night. Otherwise, the bladder will rupture inside your body, leading to death."
In addition, God created a muscle in the bladder that contracts so that it can drain urine in just a few seconds. Without this muscle, it takes 15 minutes each time to pass urine.

Recently, I made up my mind to develop a relationship with the Holy Spirit. I'm on the journey. Not consistent but God is helping me.
I've always longed to hear him speak to me. So this morning, during my morning devotion, I was in deep worship, singing and concentrating on the words of the song. And suddenly a scripture dropped into my heart. A scripture I came across few days ago.
Now here's the thing, when it dropped into my heart, I wasn't thinking of anything other than the worship song I was singing. It just came from no where. I knew instantly it was the Holy Spirit.
First thing I do in the morning when I wake up, is to welcome Him/Holy Spirit. Talk to Him. Call His different names. Celebrate His ministry and Presence in my life. Worship and praise God. It was in the course of this, that the word/scripture came. This happened this morning.
I'm so excited !!!
I want more of this. By His grace and help I will experience more of it and even a greater dimension.
This is to encourage someone to pursue an intimate relationship with Him. It is everything.
Btw, I searched the meaning of the scripture and I'm amazed at what I found.

The mushroom you mentioned make me remember those days we used to go to bush to look for it, my grandma used it and kaani(caterpillar) some people call it moni moni to traumatize us then , we ate it so much that I started hating it but now we hardly see it and I miss it so much
