    5. If Omad is difficult then you can do Intermittent fasting and eat within a specific eating window that you can work with. Some ppl do 8, 6, and 4 hours eating window. Just eat at least one meal with a good source of protein that will keep you feeling full for longer.

Pls make protein foods your favorite on the plate. It burns slowly and keeps you full longer 😊 Also snack healthy foods not fast food.

    9. Omad means one meal a day. I've been on this for 5 months and I've lost 14kg. I stop eating by 6 in the evening and take either 2 apples by 12 noon the following day or Greek yogurt with 1 apple sliced inside. I take my main meal by 3. I eat everything but it should be on a calorie deficit. I eat fufu, yam, eba, potatoes and lots of protein. One other thing you can get garden eggs too. They are very filling with low calories. A kg of garden eggs is not up to 260 calories. Also make water your friend. Food is a thing of the brain. Once your body gets used to it you would adapt.
Since I started this journey my blood pressure has returned to 110/70 from 160/120. My blood sugar has normalized and I've not treated malaria since I started. For weight loss make sure you include your daily steps.

    1. Well, if you are too lazy to workout, you can take walks in the mornings or evenings. Start with 30mins daily.

    2. Exercising is downright boring for many folks. But you can get a good workout in that doesn't really feel like exercise. You can walk in your neighborhood or choose to use public transit so you are forced to walk, you can mow the lawn, start a garden, swim, start a renovation project, or anything else that keeps you active but does not feel like exercise.
