Whistle blower well done oooh...
The tanker was stopped along the Akoko/Lokoja Expressway in Ondo State on Friday, September 4 ,2026. Officers tried to flag it down but the driver refused to stop but he later left the vehicle at a church premises in Ugbe Akoko and ran into the bush.
When officers searched the tanker they found a false compartment. Inside it were 165 bags of cannabis weighing 2,145 kilogrammes. The tanker was also carrying normal fuel .
The NDLEA said the same tanker had a history of slipping past checks in the past, so catching it this time was a big success.
This guys has different dubious means of concealing drugs.
