Dear Father, thank you for the glorious reality of my justification by faith in Christ. I walk in the boldness, liberty and joy of the reality that I’ve been declared righteous and accepted in Christ Jesus. Thank you for the blessedness of my righteousness and right-standing with you, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Heavenly Father,we thank you for another blessed Wednesday morning.

ADMIT YOUR SHORTCOMINGS

Often, people make excuses for their poor choices, performance or behaviour, or fail to admit a weakness or shortcoming. Yet we all make mistakes.

One of the best examples of admitting a mistake is found in the account of David being unjustly pursued by King Saul. David became a fugitive, and in the process unknowingly jeopardised the lives of certain priests when he asked for their help. Ahimelech the priest gave him food and a sword and inquired of God on his behalf. Doeg, King Saul's chief herdsman, witnessed the whole thing and squealed on the priest. Saul confronted Ahimelech, accusing him of conspiring with David, and ordered Doeg to kill him and eighty-five other priests and their entire families. 'Only Abiathar, one of the sons of Ahimelech, escaped and fled to David. When he told David that Saul had killed the priests of the Lord, David exclaimed, "I knew it! When I saw Doeg...there that day, I knew he was sure to tell Saul. Now I have caused the death of all your father's family"' (1 Samuel 22:20-22 NLT). What an admission! No excuses, but an acknowledgement that he had made a terrible mistake in seeking their help. His next statement shows his commitment to not repeat the mistake and to making amends whenever possible: 'Stay here with me...I will protect you with my own life, for the same person wants to kill us both' (1 Samuel 22:23 NLT).

Humans make mistakes. They have blind spots. God is present to support our every weakness. Peace comes when we admit our shortcomings to one another.

Just want to tell someone today that God is dependable, God never fails. God always comes through. Don't give up.

Good morning great people of SDK, trust we all are doing well. Please I need your urgent assistance with something. I need absolute freedom and time yo be able to concentrate on my exams which starts by 5th October, the fee i paid is not here but work calls will not even let me read my books.
I have applied for leave from tomorrow till my exams is over but I need a way I can prevent all calls from work or anyone till I am done with reading or when I want to check the Internet I can. I know I can switch off my official line but I have my personal line on same android phone, I also need the sim for data usage should incase I encourage any reading I need to use Internet to check or get more explanations on that.
Gurus in the house how best can I stop calls from entering my phone even when my data is available, please how can I stop WhatsApp from showing I am available when I need the Internet since android one cannot off WhatsApp if you want to use Internet. Make una teach me something abeg. Thank you all for your suggestions, waiting please.
