Nigerian Man Arrested After Allegedly Faking Illness To Avoid 63 Dollar Restaurant Bill

A Nigerian man, Abdul Rasheed, has been arrested in the United States for allegedly faking an illness to avoid paying a 63 dollar meal bill at a Red Lobster restaurant in Georgia.

Rasheed reportedly called 911 after finishing his meal and claimed he was sick, asking for medical help.
Emergency responders arrived but found him well and simply unwilling to pay for what he had eaten.
He was arrested and charged with theft of services and unlawful conduct during a 911 call. Reports say he is being held on a 3,000 dollar bond.
