Beloved of God, glory be to God, who has brought us into the 10th month of the year. October is our month of surprises to the world.
We pray that our divine Pathfinder will turn every desert journey into a pathway filled with milk, honey, bread, and streams of fresh water in Jesus name 🙏
Today, every wasteland that has been created by man against us and our families shall become fruitful in Jesus name 🙏.
May October bring us unexpected blessings, divine favour, restoration, and reasons to celebrate in Jesus name 🙏

REST TO RENEW

Feeling tired tells you: (1) that your body needs to rest, (2) to take life at a more normal human pace, and (3) to take time to just abide in the presence of God. God rested on the seventh day, after creating the world (see Genesis 2:2). So God, who transcends all things, knows all things and has all power, rested! What makes you think you don't have to?

Now if you're wired to work, not working will be a difficult habit to get into, even for a few hours. But rest is a secret weapon God gave you to help you defeat the enemy. When you're exhausted, you're of little use to God or anyone else. This is one of the main reasons Satan has you running here and there, doing, doing, doing. If he can't tempt you with addictive substances, wrong relationships and unhealthy habits, he will tempt you with overdoing good deeds. He wants you to exhaust yourself so that when the real battle - the one you were meant to fight - comes along, you'll be too tired.

John wrote: 'I hope you are as strong in body, as I know you are in spirit' (3 John 2 CEV). Your soul is not prospering when it's exhausted and stretched to the max, with little time for rest or restoration. What to do? Lay your schedule at the feet of Jesus, including any future projects. Wait for his direction. If it seems slow in coming, stand on this Scripture: 'Those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength' (Isaiah 40:31 NKJV).

So this lady actually predicted his end, and it happened just like she posted it on X barely one year ago. It came to pass yesterday. This really sent goosebumps all over me. She is not even a pastor or prophetess, just a random lady who dropped a comment about him dying in a crash.

Some things are beyond the merely physical.

I dropped a comment yesterday on IHN and some people asked that I bring the information here. Here it is;
I was scrolling online sometime last week when I stumbled upon a series of content videos about sanitary pads made in Nigeria. A lot of women were complaining, not just one or two, but dozens, about hormonal imbalances, severe itching, rashes, burning sensations, and even peeling of the genital skin after using certain brands. Some popular brands were directly called out in the comment sections. The complaints were much, and honestly alarming. Many women said they thought it was an infection at first, until they stopped using the pads and the symptoms cleared. Then I started seeing videos from some medical practitioners talking about how some of our sanitary pads are made with arsenic and other toxic chemicals in high doses, and that this is the cause of the many complaints women have been reporting. They explained that some of the fragrances, bleaching agents and super-absorbent materials used to make the pads "extra white" and "extra absorbent" contain chemicals that shouldn't come in contact with such a sensitive area, especially for long hours.
It made me start thinking about what exactly goes into the pads we use monthly, how they are regulated, and why such a sensitive product that women have to use every single month is causing so much harm instead of protecting us. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you also have such complaints after using certain sanitary pads?
