                                     STATE HOUSE PRESS RELEASE

PRESIDENT JONATHAN CONDEMNS BAUCHI BOMB ATTACK AND MASS KILLINGS IN SOUTHERN KADUNA

President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan condemns Friday night's bombing in the Bayan Gari area of Bauchi State and the recent mass killings in Southern Kaduna.

The President commiserates with all the families who lost loved ones in the heinous attacks and extends his heartfelt sympathies to all those who suffered injuries or lost their properties during the wanton assaults on Bauchi and Kaduna States.

President Jonathan reassures the people of Bauchi and Kaduna State that the Federal Government will continue to take all necessary action to apprehend the perpetrators of the dastardly attacks  and restore the fullest possible  security to all parts of the country.
The President directs all relevant federal government agencies to continue to speedily make emergency medical and relief assistance available to all those who were either injured or displaced by recent bombings and attacks.

    1. There's something 'hazardous' about this 'condemning' repertoire from the presidency. I dare say, seems like it's a turn on for the BH insurgents. Or what else can one make of this weekly press release of template?? Very monotonous.

  4. I didn't even bother Reading, I'm tired of him releasing press statements, visiting Victims, Crying with the bereaved and Condemning. He should do something to make this terror stop! I read there was a bomb scare in Osun, and that that Lagos explosion wad actually a bomb, no where in this country is safe, I'm far in the south south and I was using my eyes to scan church members, assessing them and watching for abnormal movements. I don tire.
Mr President I know it's not your Fault and you are trying your best but try harder abeg. If I had the means and opportunity I would have left this country a long time ago.

  26. Pls can somebody tell me how president Jonathan sleeps at night? Does he have a goodnight sleep, does he toss and turn, does he need to take a sleeping pill? How does he sleep please, with the state our nation is in? How is he still able to to go rallies? Hhow does he still have the face to think beyond 2014 and the scourges we are going in this country, how can he even dream about 2015,talkless of imagining that he would want to still be the president of Nigeria come 2015? Does he plan on killing all 168,000,000 before he can think straight and think right.i should think he would have done the honourable thing and stepped down so that innocent Nigerians can stop losing their lives for what they don't know.he may be a good man but he is not a good leader, infact he doesn't have even one quality of a leader.his kind of person is good and needed in a country where there is peace.Nigeria is bigger than president Jonathan.i am not suggesting that he concedes to whatever these satanic bombers are asking for,but I also know that one of the qualities of a good leader is knowing when to concede defeat and step down,if for nothing else for the sake of the people dying.instead of coming out to give a stupid speech that doesn't impress nigerians....he needs to step down...

  28. Mr condemner, I'm so embarrassed to call this clueless weakling my country's president. He and his shapeless hippo are inhumane and have feel no responsibility towards the needy majority of the people. With all our resources that could provide us with the best professional security including overall good living (free healthcare, education & welfare for the less privileged), who needs to rely on their dual citizenship in other top countries? Yet, with all the funds they are busy embezzling, they keep looking dirtier with eczema & uglier everyday. May God put his whole wrath on all these monsters & terrorists that are destroying my beloved country!

  30. If I were Mr. President, I will quit after 2014. If he is true to himself he knows he just doesn't have what it takes to govern a big and complex nation like Nigeria especially in this time of our development. I guess he may be a gentleman but Nigeria needs more than just good man with good intentions. If I were him, I would look for a younger man with vision, strength of character, God fearing, humility, integrity, wisdom and most of all teachable. I would empower such with all my presidential clout and ensure he wins the next election.
It’s like we have expended all his wisdom on salient national issues and have got no tangible result. All the strategies he formulated to deal with problems like education, health, unemployment, corruption and security has so far not yielded any real fruit. Nigeria needs a man that is both visionary and multitasking, a man that is able to work under pressure to govern the affairs of our nation. We need someone with a good track record; with proof of running a big organisation (in the public or private sector) successfully.
In a country of about 170 million people, I believe we can do better than what is currently obtainable in terms of the caliber of people governing us. If only we can put all sentiments aside and choose the right man for the job. But I am not the president. I can only wish…
