Senate President Saraki And Gov Ahmed Dump APC For PDP

Drama!!!

Senate President Saraki and Kwara State Governor, Alhaji Abdulfatah Ahmed have both defected from the APC to Peoples Democratic Party(PDP).

In a statement sent to DAILY POST,
the Kwara Governor gave reason for his defection.

He explained that his decision followed due consultations with the people and in response to calls by major stakeholder groups in the state.

Ahmed added that he defected to PDP, having realized that the All Progressive Congress (APC) can no longer serve as a platform for achieving the aspirations and expectations of his people.

Senate President, Bukola Saraki wrote on his Twitter page today : “I wish to inform Nigerians that after extensive consultations, I have decided to take my leave off the All Progressives Congress (APC).”

    2. Is the majority that becomes Senate zoresident and once he moved to another party, the best thing for him to do relinquish his position as Senate President. But then I have forgotten that we are talking about an immoral and most corrupt person

  5. It was obvious and glaring all this while that he was going to leave. This isn't a news or a thing of surprise.

Now let me tell you what Abubakar Bukola Jack Buar Saraki did. He knows sooner than later he will be expelled from the party and disgraced, so he had to act fast and leave.

In as much as I see them all as the Nigerian factor and problem, I think what is happening is more of a clarion call for Nigerians to see that this breed of politicians has nothing to offer anymore. I think is about time the populace take their destiny in their hands. We have suffer enough and have always been at the receiving end of it all.

I see a revolution coming if time is not taking. Any revolution in Nigeria won't be devoid of bloodshed for some old individuals has sworn never to relingush power.

  8. I would have been happy if all these defections were for the benefit of the common man. Its all a game, looking for where to get the opportunity to chop. Selfish interests. APC,PDP same old thing.

  12. These people used Buhari, rode on the back of his integrity and won the 2015 election and now that they feel like Nigerians are turning their backs on Buhari they are jumping ship.funny thing is a lot of Nigerians already know them for the thieving, conniving and selfish people they are and won’t fall for their antics anymore. They fail to realize that Nigerians no longer vote for political parties butl individuals.

  13. Atumu ngege!! No wonder they never trusted him. And PDP has always been by his side.

  14. Hopefully people will be wise to know these politicians have zero plans for d country. Its all about them. By d way..what hold does Saraki have over these people that follow him around? Its scary.

  15. APC = PDP

Same corrupt blood running through their vain veins. Same blood group 🤦🏽‍♂️

They're all enemies under broad daylight,
but friends under cover of darkness...

This, we know. But Buhari must go back to his retirement home in Daura, to dance with his Cattles. They miss him...

  18. The real bad eggs who brought confusion and bad energy into APC are finally leaving to where they actually came from. They should have never been admitted in the first place. This cabal infiltrated APC and disorganised the plans Buhari had for this country. After pitching the people against Buhari they returned back PDP, Mission accomplished 👏🏽. Now the bromance between Jonathan and Obasanjo has been reignited. Forget Hollywood politicians are real life actors 🙆‍♀️.What should we call the title of this script that has been playing out? Buhari dined with the devils and got screwed real bad. If I were Buhari, now is the time to wake up and redeem myself. He still has little time to restructure whatever is left of his plans for this Nation.

    1. Exactly. The major prob with Buhari is his clannish tendencies. And he needs to control his closest. He has a good wife who has a good head on her shoulders. If only he would listen to her. Saraki and co never meant well. Buhari is too soft and a novice when it comes to politics. Oshiomole should be allowed to deal with the shenanigans going on

    2. Now that d thieves have regrouped in their real base..its time to shine our eyes. They will be shocked come 2018. As much as people dnt like Buhari...pdp is not an option. They have no job. The CBN is their ATM. No control on stupid spending. No care for development i hope Obasanjo wnt commit political suicide by thinking these desperados will be seen as option. Awon ole.

  19. *WORDS ON THE MARBLE*

Only in Nigeria will thieves be re-grouping to LOOT again and youths whose future will be stolen will be celebrating it.....
