    1. She actually comes from there and only went to Nigeria to work so she is back in her country.

    2. No Stella she cannot get a proper exemption. Even if her exemption is original the mere fact that she was under 30 at the time she finished her first degree is reason enough not to even qualify for an exemption in the first place. The reality of it is, even if she gets a real one, she did not take part in nysc and therefore cannot work in a public paid employment (which she has violated twice when she worked in Osun & as minster m) so except she decides she is self employed. If not, it’s bye to Nigeria

    3. But she did not have a nigeria passport at the time. She got her Nigerian passport at the age of 34 which should make her automatically exempt can you serve if you are not Nigerian? That’s the question

    4. It is not the Nigerian passport that confers citizenship. There are many Nigerians without the Nigerian passport. The Nigerian passport is just a means of identification for the purpose of travelling.

  5. I thought she has court proceedings ongoing? Why the relocation? This is a bad precedent and a wrong example of civility if she get away with this act of foggery.

    1. People talking about relocation is nothing but speculation. None of them have any idea of what she has decided to do. That is, if she really traveled. As for the case in court. It was for her to relinquish her position. That was the charge brought forward against her. Secondly, the prosecution has not even served it to her. Rather, the case was opened up for hearing starting next month. There is nothing as bad precedent here. She wasn’t arrested. And there is no court case charging her for no-appearance in the court proceeding. So she has not violated any law. She is not even on bail not to talk of running away from bail conditions. This is basic jurisprudence, my friend.

    2. Can I ask you a question? Is foggery a punishable offence in the country? When one is discovered and proven beyond reasonable doubt, what do you think should have been the proper thing to do? If her travel is true, should she have been allow to travel? What happen to sentence for crimes committed?

      Delete
    3. These questions are silly. I just explained basic jurisprudence to you. Yes, she is allowed to travel. Because it is not a bail crime before judgement. And the case has not even started hearing so what are you talking about sentencing. The prosecutor has not even forwarded court case charges to her. In fact, the charge is a crime that is expiated through fines. The NYSC act on forgery or not getting exemption is clear on this. Your understanding of law is completely poor. She did not kill, commit any act of murder or poses as danger to life and society so why can’t she travel. These are the reasons why she cannot be arrested. Or asked not to travel. The court has not even summoned for her presence or that she refused presenting herself at hearings. You think it is ALL cases that one should be made not to travel or arrested? My friend go and learn and stop posting these kind of questions. This is basic jurisprudence. Try to understand it before you comment on it.

You are wrong. She has violated several and I would educate you.
      1. Application for exemption when she wasn’t qualified for such exemption.
      2. Using a forged certificate to get employment I.e telling cock and bull stories in order for said cerficate to be issued.
      3. Occupying a public office knowing the implication of no1 & 2.
She has done a lot! It was best she resigned because she had no evidence to back up if she’s in court. About her relocation, that’s her business. I don’t speak on “alleged” info.

    5. Anon 17:00. My questions to you: what was the charge filed against her IN court? The answer to this question is important because the first comment here challenged her travel based on an on-going proceeding.
Secondly, what was the outcome of the first sitting? What did the court say will happen next month? Did you follow that? Has the case been served to her? No. And that was why the case was opened for reading from the second reading as adjourned for next month.
Thirdly, forgery case does not mean you have limited movement l. Why? Because she was not arrested and released before running away bail conditions. Because she does not stand harm and danger to anyone and her society. And there is no court ruling, at the moment, asking for her presence and that she didn’t show up. Furthermore, the prosecutor has not filed for her arrest or asked for restricted movement. And and and and and. So the cause starts from the next sitting next month. That is when you can all be talking about ‘civility’ and rights of movement. Her statement about the exemption certificate is in the open space so it is no longer a debate whether it was a forged certificate or not. What we are talking about here is her right to movement, the content of the case filed against her, and the stage of proceeding of the case. That is basic jurisprudence.
Follow up on the case, acquaint yourself with the event in the first sitting and judge’s adjournment, then we will take it up from there. I hope this helps.

    1. Very true. she graduated at an age below 30, she does not qualify to hold an exemption certificate. If it were possible she would have gotten the correct one instead of the forged. This government would have done everything possible to get her one.
Either fake or original, it is illegal for her to hold an exemption certificate.

  11. I am a bit disappointed in this woman. Well the forces bigger than her have pushed her back to where she came from. Before you go into politics, you need to understand the nitty-gritty of the country and how you can go about it. Whether the nation is corrupt or not, it is still essential. But no, you stroll enter, collect fake document sidon for better government post and still say you did not know? E reach to relocate abeg. The one you have amassed should carry you for long.

  12. The idiots that are shouting fake certificate. I hope you are all happy
Now Hausa don enter replace the woman. Hausa will steal and allocate all the money to her God fathers them. Mumu Yoruba people. Instead of you to support your own as long as she was doing her job well. Who just epp. That is why Yoruba and Ibo people will never go far in this country cos they don't support their own people.
Curse me. I speak the truth

    6. Stop reasoning like this bro/sist, it's the right thing to do, I know that if it were other tribes they could hav come to her support and start shouting witch hunting but that doesn't mean they're right. It's good she resigned without support frm her kinsmen, that should lay a good precedence.
