Vice President Osinbajo Visits Flooded Areas In Bayelsa And Rivers States

Yesterday October 19th,Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, visited flooded areas in Bayelsa and Rivers State respectively. The Igbogene IDP and St. John’s Parish IDP in Bayelsa and Mbiama IDP and Akinima IDP in Rivers, where he reached out and interacted with the affected victims at the camps. 







He was accompanied by the Governor of Bayelsa State, Hon. Henry Seriake Dickson and his deputy Rear Admiral Gboribiogha Jonah and the DG, NEMA, Engr. Mustapha Maihaja.

  1. I’m just trying to think of one community just one community in the Uk that live in such appalling conditions who will come out with all smiles and laughter to welcome their VP. What a shame.

  2. In as much as this is a welcome development, I still insist that Mr President should be the one visiting victims of natural disaster in the Southern region. He has never for once visited the SS and SE region over calamity like this, but always delegate the vice. The best he has always done is to speak but won't show face, but when it is time for wedding of any big politician children, you will see him there. Where is his love for the commoners and poor people he always claim love him and will give him their votes?

  4. More floods incoming, woke is busy closing water ways, building on it, d nlng area has been filled up, one day d river will find its way back.

    1. BlackBerry my dear,that nlng place is giving me cause for concern my dear. My elder brother stays opposite that place oh. The guy is seriously looking to move out. Went to choba yesterday,wanted to cry. Had to park my car at my cousins and continue journey with transport. God save us. Then my town bonny na another story.
