Federal Govt Reduces Jamb,NECO Examination Fees....

Nigerian government on Wednesday reduced the examination registration fees for the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB), Senior Secondary and Basic Education Certificate.









 Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu disclosed this at the end of the Federal Executive Council meeting.

JAMB fee for the UTME is now N3,500 instead of 5,000, the Senior Secondary School(SSS)fee will now be N9,850 
instead of N11,350 and the Basic Education certificate by NECO will now be N4,000 instead of N5,500.... .

The new charges will take effect from January, 2019.

    1. It is now they know they make so much money. Prior to this government, the embezzlement was terrific. There's accountability now, hence the reduction. It should still go lower though.

  5. I guess this was because the Jamb registrar remitted 9 billion instead of the normal millions and snake swallowing stories.

    This just shows that one good man can have a positive impact that would be felt by many.

    Other countries with less than half our resources/GDP
    are offering free education through secondary schools
    even with free books. Nigerian politician have undone this
    country. Always giving the masses stale milk.

  7. Is still expensive they should have a particular Fixed price for this Exams..not increasing it every year..jamb and Neco price is still OK but that of SSS fucking too much..
