DeleteLord if you will not go into the theater with me, if you will not perform the myomectomy surgery then no one can do it for me. If you cannot do the blood transfusion, if you cannot get my blood match then no man can do it for me. Lord at this point I need you so badly, you alone do I trust, I don’t care what people are saying, I believe in you alone, you have been doing it for other, mine is not a serious one, mine is just a small thing compare to the complicated ones you have been healing.
ReplyDeleteFather I refuse to listen to what people are saying, I refuse to get angry at this point, no one wish to be sick not to talk of going into the theater, but as it is now, I will come out of this victorious, you alone has the final says over my life.
People has said is a a 50/50 thing, some say is a major operation, some say after fibroid operation you cannot conceive, some say it will grow back after the surgery, some say don’t take it out, I should keep bleeding till I drop dead before I will take it out? Do I sit watch my self go down before I say you to myomectomy surgery? Do I continue excessive bleeding, not able to eat well, feeling dizzy and no drugs is able to stop the bleeding for one month now? Cos people say is dangerous to do myomectomy surgery as a single lady, God I have over looked all what they said, I hold onto your word which says the final thing, I look unto you, I put my trust in you oh lord, don’t not leave me now, hold me, cover me, uphold me, give me the strength I need to pass this phase of life, let my enemies not laugh at me, safety is of you oh lord, let no evil nurse or doctor be around me, no evil doctor or nurse will see my file, be in the theater with me, lord everything will go on fine and I will heal faster than everyone expected.
My great family remember me in your prayers, I will be in the theater on Tuesday for fibroid surgery, do not forget to remember me in your daily prayers, let everything go on fine, let me come out with my testimony. I need your encouraging words, those that has been there give me tips on how to overcome what people are saying and how to focus at this point in time.

DeleteI have been there and I know exactly what u are going through. I did mine on 2nd September and it was a success. Before then I bled so much every month that I was so anaemic. I was even disgraced by this mornster in church in a Sunday service. That day I just made up my mind to go and remove it. Now my period since September has been normal the way it's supposed to be. Poster do not be afraid for the Lord will go with you. Just call on him. U will even be awake and be hearing all that the doctor s will be saying. Good luck

DeleteMy dear, when I had my surgery in 2016, I only told very few family members and completely surrendered to God.
DeletePersonally, I don't like sharing these sort of things with friends, most of them will only spread it for you.
Talking about fibroids, if it affects your life style and you can't live your life the way you should then surgery is the solution.
My dear, it is normal for you to be afraid. Your fears are understandable but God got you, you will be fine.
After surgery, eat well, take your drugs, veggies and take it easy, nothing strenuous.
You will not die, your will testify and the lord will see you through, amen. It is well with you .

You are doing the right thing, it is only someone alive who can get married and have babies. I tried to conceive for 4 years to no avail and had a myomectomy, I got pregnant 3 months after the myomectomy.

DeleteAfter surgery, people were like "get married quickly so it wont affect your ability to have kids" i blocked those negative words,i got married 5 years after d surgery,got pregnant immediately and expecting another to the glory of God.

my son is out of ICU! I can't thank God enough. two other persons he met there were later taken to the mortuary. but my son is alive. i almost lost my mind,trying to read the looks on the faces of the doctors each time I see them coming out from there. if not for God's mercy,it would have been another story. But I am wondering how you can seek justice for her when there several millions of Nigerian children today all over the country being sexually or physically or psychologically or economically or emotionally and spiritually abused right now by family members or under the guardianship of abuser and tormentor.
Nigeria is one of the most impossible and difficult places to legally adopt a child from, and yet you be offered 100 little kids in 1 hours if you ask for a servant or houseboy or house girl!
Nigerians have no conscience passing by or driving by and seeing little kids either begging on the streets or being used as pawns by adults as beggars, or exposed to dangerous roads and environments as sales people or street hawkers.
The culture of legal adoption must be promoted now in Nigeria! and girls, women must stop getting pregnant and giving birth to a child that they can not take care of by themselves!!! Immediately such situation occurs, then the child must be given for adoption fast!!!
EVERY NIGERIAN CHILD DESERVES A GOOD HOME & CARE.
CHILDREN ARE NOT SEX OBJECTS OR MATERIALS TO BE EXPLOITED!!!

God rest her beautiful soul. This news sends shivers down my spine anytime it's in the news.
DeleteI worked tirelessly protecting the little girl we adopted at 10. Don't do this don't go there. DH never allowed her travel to any where alone, or mingle with our male relations both young and old whenever they are around. Our housekeeper is street smart and helped her a lot with Lagos sense.
She's under the tutelage of my elder sister now in an European University, at least now I'm breathing free because anything that happens to her can stretch to our 3 little girls. Her trauma could become there's too.
It's traumatic for Ochanya's family but God will give them the fortitude to bear this loss.
Texting and ranting is doing something... As little as it is. Bringing awareness to the issue goes a long way too because at some point, the people who are going to do something about it will be stirred up.

I loooove Xmas trees, 2 years ago I won 5 different Xmas trees from Corporate firms. The funniest was from Peak Milk and 7 Santa Claus hats. It was cool green but looked sick. Hahahahaha. Our kids dragged it under staircase after 3 days. Gave out some though. This year I'm watching because if I dip my hands in your lucky dip basket, your best gift is following me home. Genset, fridge, microwave, waffle maker, toaster. Any good freebie. Na my God special oil dey cause am. I can't explain it since childhood. My sweet Jesus.

Lunch... is brazed rice and lots of fried chicken, croaker fish fillets and delicious STEW. The red onions inside na baba.Kikiki. One with curry leaves the other with nchuanwu. Any which one. Downing it with many packs of chilled STUTE Orange or Strawberry juice. Come and wack with us.
