DeleteI did it for 7 weeks, started a week after delivery, did it twice a day and reduced to once a day.
The long and short part f the story is that even hubby said the Vee is now tighter than before conception...lol.

DeleteAnon asking for sitz bath procedure...what I did was I got a big round plastic 'baff'. Boil water and add some, leave the remaining in the kettle, add salt(well well), add dittol, allow the water to cool down a bit and then I sit in it with my legs tightly held together.
If the water starts getting cold, I add more from the kettle. I will continue this way till the hot water in the kettle is exhausted and by then 20-30 minutes have elapsed. .

I went to a job interview advertised here and while I was bonding with the ladies who also came for the job at the lounge, I mentioned SDK and they all denied knowing what it was. I asked them how they knew about the job, the gave me stories of someone in their church, their grandfather's late husband, their boyfriend's ex bla bla bla sending them the link.
I was shocked because I was sure they were all BVs, I snooped repeatedly on the Akwa Ibom lady sitting beside me (I know you're reading this), and she kept refreshing SDK blog. So why lie?
Did they think I was going to ask their blog 🆔? Their real life did not match up to their blog identity, maybe.
Anyway Stella, it's that foreign job vacancy you posted months ago.
