When there is giveaway i do not like to announce it if i can but announcing it is the only way to prove that there is no wuru-wuru and that money is actually being given out...it is also to encourage new givers to step forward.

So a friend of mine noticed her Network disappeared but ddn't think much of it. She just believed twas network issues. It persisted so much that she went to their office with the hopes of "welcome back". She actually filled the form, one thing led to another and she was told she was a victim of fraud. I don't have much details but her number was blocked from being used by her while it was used by the fraudsters. We know numbers are linked to accounts so her money; over 500k was wiped away (from one of her accounts) leaving a miserly 20k. We (I ) are not sure the period of time used to clear her account But if she hasn't procrastinated, perhaps, she would have saved more.
I wonder why these Banks don't block accounts when they notice abnormal transactions on that account. Bankers here, pls take not and suggest it to your bank. Block strange transactions so we have to call the bank before we proceed. It's the practice done in many other countries.
Another one I heard (on a foreign show tho but you can never tell if it has entered Nigeria it's best to be safe than sorry). If a strange number calls you and keep acting like they cant hear You, pls DROP THAT CALL!!! Send a message or something. But dont stay in a long "phone call" with a stranger. Most times, they are assessing your phone to get account information linked with it.
Stay woke guys! This fraudsters are getting too smart, be at alert!!!!! God bless you.

I understand you Anon. That's why she ddnt have a case against the bank. But from what she explained to me, at some point, they started sending airtime to themselves. Plenty plenty airtime. Not sure they took it all at once. I ddnt ask for too much details.
But I noticed something with NatWest, if all of a sudden you are making lots of transactions way beyond normal, they block your card such that no card/internet transactions can be made then you call them, give them your house address and some security answers to be sure it's you then they will unblock it. Or if all of a sudden you wanna transfer a weird some (you don't particularly do), they hang it till you call them. I think that's good. No harm in calling. That's what I'm suggesting for banks here. If I dont usually transfer 100k, pls block my transaction when you notice so I call and you are sure it's me. Too many fraud cases going on and it's always online so banks need to step in
This happened to my father inlaw, he had been having nextwork issues and then he stopped receiving alerts, by the time they started he lost almost 2million naira

4. Reporting your wife to friends and family:
When your wife offends you, correct and talk things through. You don't have to tell everyone about her mistakes, that will paint her black and sell her cheap such that you will not be able to redeem her back.

5. Keeping malice:
is it not funny to know that some men keep malice? Some of them even nag, criticise, abuse and call their wives names in public. It may make you look like a "big boy" who's in control but you are not going to gain anything good from it, your home will only be a den of insults and confrontations.
6. Not helping with house chores:
I must say here that it is the sole responsibility of a woman to tend and manage a home when she chooses to be a full time house wife.
However, it's not a bad thing if a man lends a helping hand when necessary. Watching football with newspaper in your hand every evening, not caring how stressful the house chores are will only increase the pressure on your wife and if you truly care you'll help, just checking on her while busy could encourage and sooth her, this also makes you a good example to the kids especially the boys. Some men don't even say "thank You" to their wives after eating, all they do is compare her with other women. It's a shame that after having 3-4 kids some men cannot change a simple diaper or prepare cereal meals; a big shame.
My point?
A REAL man is a pillar of support to his wife, not a hole of depression.

Delete@Emjay,the browser you use automatically logs you out when you leave a webpage inactive for few mins..i guess you use puffin right?
DeleteYou can go to playstore and download "phoenix browser" or "Microsoft Edge Web" browser..
These two keep you permanently logged in,and you wont have to stress yourself again.
Hope this helps..And please if you are using a glo network,then you need a VPN before you can use any of those browsers to access the blog..
