Court Restrains Buhari, AGF From Removing Chief Justice Onnoghen

The Justice Inyang Ekwo-led Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Monday, restrained President Muhammadu Buhari and the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) from removing the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Walter Onnoghen from office.





The judge granted the order of interim injunction in the suit filed by a group, the Action Peoples Party.

    Executive versus Judiciary... It used to be the legislators and the executive. We the people being governed are keenly watching the turns of event in the Nigeria space. They should keep disgracing themselves and ridiculing the image of the country.
