  7. Drink a lottttt of water. It cleanses you from the inside and reflects on the outside.

Preferably very early when you wake up before any meal or activity. Atleast 4 glasses don't worry you will get used to it with time.
PS:If you go to work before 8..Drink early enough say by 5 if that's when you wake up so you get to pee it out before leaving else it will embarrass you on the road as that kind pee you can't fit hold it.

It works wonders. Corrects a lot inside the human body nd watch your skin glow, acne dissappear, internal heat dissappear, UTI seize, kidney stones disappear, hair growth sef so much more.

  26. All these "beauty secrets": Drink lots of water , eat veggies, vitamin C, yen yen yen. At a point I used to drink almost 1.5 gallons of water, went on a fruit fast and totally cut out dairy, carbs and oils from my diet but my face did not glow the way I wanted it to and I still got occasional breakouts. I gave myself brain and attacked the problem from outside. Consulted a derma and she recommended a chemical peel which I now do once in a while, invested heavily in some good products and formed a beauty routine that I stick diligently to. Come and see me now. Within 4 months, I no even recognize myself again lol.

You feel so good with yourself?
Do you know that TCA (Trichloroacetic acid) used in skin peel is carcinogenic and can cause genetic abnormalities?
When you get cancer of the skin or birth deformed babies, know what caused it.
Just copy those celebrities with reckless abandon.

    4. Anon 20:15 don't piss your panties dearie. I only do light chemical peels with TCA 10%, nothing too serious. Trust me, I did my research before I agreed to this procedure, I didn't just jump on any bandwagon. I also do it twice or thrice in a year which IMO is not bad. At least my skin is reporting.
My dear, in this world we are in now, Everything now causes cancer. From canned foods, to cooking in aluminum/non-stick pots(which we all use), to consuming foods/drinks bottled in plastics, to breathing in exhaust and pollution fumes (Lagosians will know what I'm talking about), to eating preserved foods, to deodorants, talcum powder, radio waves from our cell phones and masts etc etc etc. Everything is literally a carcinogenic but we still dey here dey look each other. Something must kill a man. I highly doubt the cause of my death would be due to the chemical peels.

    5. @snarKer
Do you know about the legal issues against TCA peel manufacturing companies in the USA currently?
You seem to be belittling the issue. Your skin may be "reporting" now. But when your skin begins
to report cancer, know the source.
