    8. Hey Ron we are in the same Whatsapp group. Lol
When I met my hubby he was living in a one room in his mother's family house with so many other relatives who share one bathroom and toilet. When I visit him he will take me to bath beside the house by a gutter say around 5am when nobody is awake. If I want to poo I get a bike to a family friends hotel that was nearby. I only bath early hours and late at night when everyone is asleep. I wouldn't stay long sha say three days, a weekend and I'm gone. I was living in a two bedroom flat all alone. I loved him and he loved me more. He kept telling me to hold on it's a phase. One thing I noticed is that he wasn't in a haste to impress me, not like I needed to be impressed anyway.
Three years later we got married and moved out of there to a tight two bedroom that in a normal circumstance it's not even fit to be a one room apartment. Still I managed. When I had my first child I complained that we needed to move out of that house. The house is so small, no air at all. He said he'll only move from there to his personal house. I laughed.
Because of work though we don't stay in the same state. He visits us often. So I just let him be since he's like the only person staying in the apartment and we only get there when I'm on annual leave or say a short visit during a festive period or something.
I bought a car when I had my first child.
Few months later he bought a car too. Long story short, very soon say in a months time after four years we'll be packing to our own personal house. A three bedroom bungalow and two bedroom for rent all with his money. My one kobo is not inside but everything is in my name. We have two kids now. This post just brought back memories. We were talking about the past last night and I shed tears of joy. It's been God and God alone. He started with a 10th hand Nigerian used Benz, I often teased him that his car is Nokia 3310. If we want to go visit his brother I will say baby let's drive your 3310 you know my IPhone x can't enter that bad road we'llboth laugh. He works haaaarrrddddd mehn. He has upgraded(sells the old and adds money to buy a new) his car three times all C-class. Latest he got in Jan is that sleek one with a sucking key abi wetin them dey call am. We came visiting earlier this week and I've been aching to drive his car mehn. I'm driving tomorrow to nowhere in particular. Lol

I won't advise ladies to marry down from my experience.

Marrying down either turns out very right or very very sour when you find yourself with an egocentric, narcotic man.

The worst thing that can happen to any woman is when you are paying your bills, your broke husband is evading his responsibilities and leaving it all to you and he still wants to frustrate your soul every way.

This is why Tonto is so erratic online nowadays. It can so pain.

  30. Nope, never again will i even consider any men i make more money than. I will never look at a man who at least does not own a house and cars, travels abroad and can afford to gift me presents and holidays abroad as i do for myself. I married an ingrate who i helped become a millionaire and started acting up till he went to cheat on me with a small school girl. After my divorce, i still dated 2 guys who were unemployed and i was helping asi believed true love can only come from people with humble beginning, again they had to turn out to be ingrate. I have now taken the decision to date only wealthy men, i am currently with one who does not just respect me but spoiled me silly without me lifting a finger. I make good money, but never will i be with a man i am richer than. Ladies, men have changed,,,they used to be loyal but this generation of men have become lazy and unappreciative. Shine your eyes...i don't even consider remarrying but if it comes from a rich man, i will.

I don’t know any woman in the bible that did that.

  32. I will never date a guy that lives in a 1 bedroom apartment.I have been humble and had the mentality of let's build together and what did it amount to?I have dated a guy that a friend was squatting but later realise that he is highly irresponsible. He later went into drug business and did not graduate from school with the mentality that he cannot do a 9-5pm job.He squandered the money from the drug business on buying irrelevant things and went on drinking spree with his useless friends.I am a hardworking lady and the stupid guy was always collecting money from me. I even borrowed money on his behalf at a point.Afterwards, one of his guys was caught at the Airport and I was even the one that saw the guy televised on National TV.My guy ran into hiding and was running from one place to another. He went back to status quo and was living from hand to mouth.I had to dump his sorry ass and moved on with my life.He later went into Yahoo full time and married one young naive girl but called me out of the blues one day, asking for money that he could barely feed his family.I blocked him and told me I don't have money and that I have got my issues.

Secondly,I dated another guy that lived in a 1 room apartment with the belief that he is hardworking and we will build our home together but what did I get in return?Let me not bore you with my story of woes.I have been unfortunate in relationships with this good girl mannerism but I have stopped dating for a long time.I have worked very hard to get the kind of life I want.God forbid I date a man in a 1 room apartment cos I don't even live in a 1 room apartment.Enough of the stupidity and the mistake I made in the past.I have given my life genuinely to Christ and has stopped dating for over 2 years now.I have peace and joy in my life and nothing can be compared to the peace that I have now.
