    1. I used to be in a position where I could not afford basics of life including supporting families despite that I am not married, education etc. Now I have gotten to a position where I can even have N1m in my account.

I have help a lot of persons around me both male and female for years without asking for anything in return. I will not ask for anything in return and I will continue to help because I derive joy from it.

Helped a lady who was crying on my neck for over a week for help. I helped her ooo. Only for her to japa with my money. No way to trace am. She no dey show for market again. I think that's it. I no get the head to dey help people. I don't need anyone to tell me again.

    1. Hmmm! We are in the same WhatsApp group. I helped a former colleague with 200k to start up a biz since 26th of February last year, he just paid 20k out of it last month. I borrowed him out of the goodwill of my heart, cos his salary was small and he told me he wanted to start up a viewing center. His wife accused me of sleeping with him, that that was the reason I was able to give him such an amount of money.. As for me, I have resolved to only help old people in memory of my late grandmother.

  5. A long time ago, because I'm tired for helping people and they take it for granted, you give them an inch and they begin to take miles without your permission.

  6. I helped my ex father, taking him for check up every two weeks to teaching hospital. i knew my ex was nothing to write home about, so i did it out of pure love for elderly people. Believe me it wasn't easy, funny enough he couldn't hear well. from morning till night things.

He always do pray for me and that was enough, my ex got married on sat two months after our break up. But it all good, as i pray God should reward me with a good man.

  11. Yesterday.
I helped an old man on a wheel chair pay for his groceries when he asked...
This is not common in Nigeria if we are to say the truth. A lot of Nigerians
are primed to receive, receive and receive... but it is more blessed to give than
to receive. The Churches aren't helping matters. . . as all they preach is give to the
    church and receive from others.

  15. I have helped alot in the past especially family members but they are very quick to forget and easily judge you when you can't keep helping due to financial constraints...So I am no longer helping anyone, let God our maker help us all.

    1. Naturally humans are quick to forget the good but swift in remembering the one time you couldn't be there for them
However that shouldn't stop you from helping people

  17. By nature, I never expect anything in return. What I enjoy today is the largess from the kindness of my grandma in particular, my mum and dad. I have never been stranded or lack money in my hands no matter how small or difficult it may seem. All my life, I've towed the same path.

  19. I live in Paris and I stopped helping my family members 10 years ago, before then I would pay thier kids school fees, house rents and hospital bills, they conspired to drain me,they would pray for me and always sending prayers quotes to me...Monday to Sunday quotes, monthly quotes and all, until one-day they had a family meeting and one of my aunty flashed me,I call her aunty flasher, I mistakenly picked and what I heard at the background was unbelievable. ..one said..make we serious oh and make we all pressure her, hold the nail well she go call back, another one said ..make the baba do the one wey strong because the tasèrè money no dey do.
They thought their jazz was working on me ,I would have heard more but aunty flasher credit got finished, I called and as usual the fone was on speaker,I wish there was whatsapp video call then 😄,I greeted them and ask if all can hear me,they answers yes,I told them to go to ijebu igbo and ask for baba Simi and that he will give them a bigger nail for them and the one they have had faded..I cut the call, till date I didn't hear from them.I help those I don't know because I don't ecpect anything in return
