A named state governor wants to use 'Igbo' to generate Revenue for his state......It is called Medical Cannabis....

Contrary to popular belief, cannabis doesn't make people go mad or make people act like touts or hallucinate and start seeing demons & angels. It is a natural herb that heals builds appetite relaxes the mind & body & eases stress. If u are a tout or a mad person that is how u will behave, cannabis or no cannabis. People have been misled by past governments(especially USA) because the availability of the harmless God made plant to the general public was going to put a lot of large pharmaceutical companies out of business.
