And I do know yorubas that do small weddings. It depends on the family. But we hardly spare cost when it comes to food, we spend.
What Stella probably means is, it was quiet for their status. The Oba's younger brother got married last year and that one was a fanfare.

It's said that the first Olori was blindsided by the news. Imagine waking up to see/hear that your husband is in the North getting married! We know he's entitled to more than 1 wife but to completely keep her in the dark about it get as e be. The heart ache no go be here. Her family and friends should hold her close this time.
As for the Voltrons of the 1st wife they better put away their swords and accord this one her respect. You don't fight a fight that the main opponent can't even start.
