Wife Of Embattled COZA Pastor Modele Fatoyinbo Says God Will Give Her Husband Grace To Know What To Do

Modele,Wife of the Senior Pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, COZA, Pastor Abiodun Fatoyinbo said God will give her husband the grace to know what to do amidst the ongoing rape saga.

Modele spoke at the commencement of the yearly special program of the church tagged ‘Seven Days of Glory,’ at the church auditorium in Guzape, Abuja on Monday.

She said: “God will make us rich. His right hand sustains my destiny. God has made Modele and Biodun rich. He looks down to make you rich.

“I am telling someone today that God is going to enlarge you. You will enjoy grace, you will experience an expanded grace. Decree over someone tonight that in your house receive an expansion.

“The work of my hand is expanding no matter the situation, from ocean to ocean. The grace to complete your assignment, the grace to know what to do, God will give our senior pastor.”

    2. So in the midst of the rape allegations, its how God will make them rich she is still preaching? What happens to preaching God's word fro. The bible,to deal with the many souls who are about to be lost due to the allegations levelled against her hubby?

    3. Why they all attach their preaching/teaching to wealth amaze me, the Apostles, I mean the l2 Apostles were not rich and didn't attach so much importance to wealth. Instead they were persecuted.

    4. The likes of this woman and her husband are the ones bringing shame to the body of Christ. Well, the time of judgment has come. God gave him a long rope to change his ways but he instead used the rope to hang himself.

    9. Can one just imagine what's coming out of the mouth of this rape apologist and enabler? Of all the things to focus on at this time, it's how Modele and Biodin Fatonyinbo, will stay rich /will be rich. Nawa. Even if, the context doesn't necessarily connote money only, it's a most inappropriate message at this time for COZA. Then again, it's the sheeple that give these snake oil salesmen, in the guise of clergy, the chance to fleece them. Go figure.

Pink lady, every victim deserves justice; both young and old. I would prefer for there not have been any crime to start with but attitudes like yours is what makes these monsters empowered. 9. In the case of the little girl Pinklady is talking about, it's unquestionably a matter of Statutory rape. With grown women beyond the age limit, it's a question of fact which they would have to prove themselves in court with evidence cos nobody can say for sure they didn't consent. Everybody is covered by the law. If u have ur facts, u shdn't have a problem.

    5. Anon 12:43 Which part of the Bible said that, please? Book, chapter and verse, thank you. Let's start from there.

This is how you people package the most senseless parts of what a human being tells you & will claim it's the Word of God. Enabling bad and even criminal behaviour isn't what a wise woman does. I've read Proverbs 31; it doesn't contain that thing you wrote up there. I'd be interested in knowing what other part of the Bible contains description of the wise woman cos we learn everyday.

FTR, Modele is an even bigger fool than Yemisi Iginla. It's not an insult but truth. Yemisi was a fool to shield a man that could break faith with the God in whose name he was climbing altar every week, and imagine that he would do right by her. Modele is an even bigger fool for seeing what happened to Yemisi and continuing in her footsteps.

      Delete
    6. I think Modele has just resigned to her fate. I don’t think it is loyalty at all. She’s just doing what she can to survive and probably for her kids too. She’s just going through the motions like she’s done hundreds of By the time she comes out with her own truth, people will shiver. You cannot be loyal to the same person that has been making a complete fool of you for decades and even humiliates you by making you clean up his mess after the fact. I spoke to a few ex Coza peeps over the weekend and it’s just unbelievable. The pregnancy crisis she had to handle, ladies that were sent abroad to hush down scandals. Monies paid to some to keep them quiet and kick them out without incident. The male pianist that quit because he could no longer take what was going on in a supposed house of the lord, the reason why new sectors were created to make room for the “reigning babe” of the pastor to lead, etc. And these peeps don’t know the Dakolos from Adam. I feel so sorry for Modele, it is Nigeria after all. Not everyone is as strong as Anita oyakhilome. Plus Anita wasn’t living in Nigeria when she broke free, she hadn’t lived there for decades. Modele lives right in the middle of people who will make sure she’s greatly dealt with if she makes any unfavorable move. Anyone attacking her would only be victimizing a victim. It can’t be easy being in her shoes, I honestly wonder what her coping strategy is. I really hope for the best for her. Nigeria is truly not a conducive or fair place for women.

    2. Eleribu, Modele's loyalty and refusing to steer the hornets net is part of what emboldened her husband's predatory sexual acts. I get wanting to keep your home, name and livelihood, but there has to be a balance. It's like a child who wasn't cautioned when he started stealing meat bcos he/she is the only child, the child continued until he has to face a firing squad. Thankfully, he's in Nigeria and I know he won't face jail much less firing squad, but the name she was protecting has been shattered. I heard U.K. Guardian also carried the news.

  12. Most times when things of this nature happens, people are quick to judge and conclude. I have been so careful as to what to say because gradually people are beginning to make this whole case about the Christian faith. How long will we ask Christians keep quiet? Let's not forget we are soldiers in the army of the Most High. It's our duty to defend the faith.

Is rape a crime? Absolutely! Do I think rapist should be punished? Certainly yes! Especially me being a woman, it's my wish that it is eradicated. Do I applaud women coming out to tell their story? Of course yes yes and yes.

Now about the issue at hand. This is my stand; no one, absolutely no one is guilty until proven guilty. No one should be cyber bullied until proven guilty. Cyberbullying is wrong just as instant justice. Pastor Biodun should be given the benefit of the doubt until proven guilty.

He shouldn't be asked to step down because of a rape issue. The gifts of the Lord is without repentance. People should rather be thought to stop worshipping pastors. You and I were not there when God called him. Why will you want to put a stop to a call on someone's life because he has allegedly raped? What if he hasn't done all these? What if it's just a scheme to stop a movement.

To all the Christians; who are allowing and joining people to sow seed of doubt about the faith in people's mind, you all are being manipulated. This is a war between Pastor Biodun and Dakolo's wife; Not the church. The bible has never asked anyone to rape.

Let the case go to court and if the Man of God is guilty, let him face his punishment but until then leave the church out of it and go slow on the man while sympathising with mrs. Dakolo.

    4. Biodun Fatoyinbo doesn't speak for the Body of Christ. In fact, he has been preaching a contrary gospel for a long time and putting the name of Jesus on it as a marketing tactic. Imagine the insult, reducing the name of Jesus to a fad or marketing ploy. He's very fortunate it's God that was looking at him; if it was one of the gods from village, Biodun would be dead long before now and we know it.

Let me tell you something about the mercy of God. It doesn't exist in a vacuum but in relation to/comparison with His judgement. It is experiencing hunger that makes one appreciate the taste of good food. It's not as if you don't know food but once you see the effects of hunger for yourself or others, you know the real value of nutritious, tasty, safe food. Same with the mercy of God. We take it for granted till we see what judgement looks like, then we have a better understanding of the mercy.

You think you're woke so let me ask you - why should Biodun be given benefit of the doubt, but not Busola? Is it the same way that church workers are given "benefit of the doubt" when they are accused of fornication? Shior! You know fully well that Busola has no proof, it doesn't mean she's lying. And courts work on evidence - fortunately for Biodun, nobody is dragging him before a village shrine after which he'll run mad or something. Voila, instant evidence. Before you rejoice, go tell your Biodun this - while Busola may not able to get him convicted in a criminal court, the burden of proof in civil court is much lower. People believe her especially as there are other, more recent victims (some of whom may have physical or forensic evidence). Those and testimony of his gatekeepers who turn on him, will nail him in a criminal trial. Make no mistake, there will be a criminal trial UNLESS he dies (nobody can be tried posthumously) or confesses what he's done (trial is usually waived if a guilty plea is entered, to go straight to sentencing). Tell Mr. Gucci that either way, he's finished. God gave him many opportunities to repent but no, he thought he was smart. If not that he was already moonwalking to the drums of destruction beating for him, he would have stopped all this nonsense the second Ese Walter accused him. But arrogance wouldn't let him be great.

Tell him he's a disgrace to the Body of Christ; things that some so-called unbelievers can't try is what he's doing without shame. And God will require from his hand, the blood of the gullible people who have bought his false gospel and made him lord instead of Jesus Christ.

    5. @Anon 14:03 yes I don't think he should be asked to step down. Reason being that; this man should be proven guilty. He's not holding a political office but a religious one, he only shepherd people who want him to shepherd them. He should rather be investigated and locked up if found guilty. He stepping down doesn't solve anything, people will still go to him anyway, especially people who go on "pastor worship". Moreover Its not because he's been accused that the gift upon his life shouldn't benefited. You must be spiritually inclined to understand what I'm saying though.

God is cleansing His Church of reprobate and apostate false men of God.
Too much has gone wrong in the so-called Churches in Nigeria. All comers, all sorts fly in the face of God.
      God is patient yet.....
      God cannot be trifled with

Judgement shall start from the house of God .. because...Jesus Christ is coming soon....and *for a Church without spot or blemish of sin*. God is Holy and cannot behold or dwell with sin.
Understand why Isaiah and John were overcome on beholding the glory of Christ. (Isaiah 6 and Revelatio 1)

If anyone told Biodun Fatoyinbo in 1999 that his JUDGMENT will be SWIFT on Social Media and like wildlfire by 2019, 20 years after raping that 17 year-old girl, Busola (without a father's protective care), would he have believed it?

He raped you in your father's house and as a virgin, he broke your virginity while your sister was in the same building, he back again the same week in the same house and molested you (sexually assaulted) in Ilorin, you did not tell your mother, you did not shout, your sister did not notice what happened. "HABA IN YABA.

You became a full grown lady and you later moved from ILORIN to be joined to him in his COZA church in ABUJA from a church member to becoming a COZA chorister, with the same pastor that raped you some years ago. You are a "MADE IN ABA PRODUCT" of the year with capital "MUMU".

The same pastor, took care of your financial needs. "Chinese Chicken"

The same pastor was instrumental to you getting to meet with the man who today you are married to as your current husband. "RAT POISON".

You are actually the one who raped this man of God. "THE THUNDER THAT WILL FIRE YOU IS STILL DOING PRESS UP IN YOUR VILLAGE SHRINE".

The same pastor with his wife gave you a car and cared for you. "NA WA FOR WAEC".

The same pastor later wedded you and your husband in the same church and made your wedding the talk of the nation, Nigeria.
    "WHO DEY SALE SLAP"

The same pastor showed your entire family love and the same pastor dedicated your kids and blessed your children in the same church.
"PLEASE WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE OWNER OF THE COCK THAT CROWED WHEN PETER DENIED JESUS"

Lady Thatcher, come who paid you and what did they promise to pay you when your mission is completed. "Bad Market".

    MY PEOPLE, MY PEOPLE.
RAPE IS BAD, ABUSIVE AND UGLY, THAT'S WHY SHE'S USING "THE WORST ARROW TO ATTACK THE BEST ARROW HEAD" IN THE BODY OF CHRIST JESUS.

I'M FASTING AND PRAYING FOR THE COZA FAMILY, THE SETMAN AND ALL PASTORS IN NIGERIA because this evil, is a direct devilish attack on the entire, collective integrity of our Christian faith as the church of Christ in Nigeria. GOD IS WITH US.

  18. Oga apologize openly and seek for God's direction. I wonder why 'big' pastor like Oyedepo, Adeboye, Chris Oyakiliome etc have not said anything on this matter

  19. She's all about the riches, nothing more interest her even if her husband is abusing her or taking other church members.
I said it, they will rather stay because of material things than work away from an abusive husband.

    1. And her love for money will turn out to be Biodun's undoing. That's the ironic and the best part.

    2. I agree with Don
But she should be wise and apply sense. I know they have a financial target to meet with these programmes. They also must have heavy overheads, about to be made heavier with lots of private settlement.

But the way things are going and how the world is a global village, she risks being on the wrong side of history

    3. Busola could have said she struggled, she could have said it only happened once. She could have added drama, and no one would ever know but I believe she just wanted to say the truth and resign herself to faith and the grace of God.

      PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO

      - Busola was from a polygamous home and they were always short of cash..parents not together (funny enough same with ese walter *but i digress*
      - Biodun still had a reputation as vicious cult member and cult members have a loyalty thing which they stick to for life. Busola as a teenager will hear and believe the terror cultists could do and undo.
-during the rape, she was crying and yet was worried that if she made any fuss, her family may be in danger
-after it happened, busola sister saw a vision and B at came clean, her brother joined her to confront biodun, who pleaded.
      - After their pleading,Busola kept going to the church because after confrontation they pleaded with her (her and her sisters were now prominent members) to save face

I could only bear to watch 2 out f 4 videos, it triggered so many memories from that period (period was before cell phones/ social media bcame prominent) Then cultist?? there was a great fear of them, you dare not cross a cultist. I still remember as a teen living near a uni community, the day a flayed and butchered body of a cultist was dropped in front of his (the deceased) parents house. I SAW IT!!!
A 'repentant' cultist in naija, is still a cultist (as in his members and general community will still revere him as one.I wont be surprised if they 'gave their life to christ' and attend his church

The issue really trended, made waves on social media, non- nigerians who believe in human rights, had great interest in this issue. Google busola dakolo, fatoyinbo names, the news is there and it sticks forever. Especially now that yankee is asking for social media handles as part of visa requirement. What is her gain?

+ When the thing dies down, some idiots called comedians, will turn it into a joke, mocking her husband (aka biodun/gucci hit it first etc etc) after all basketmouth made rape into a joke the other year and nothing happened.

+ popularity? Naija can be fickle, the way they are all supporting her, can still back fire tomorrow, we know how we behave.
+ if/when her husband gets tired of being mocked, he MAY leave her emotionally.
Again what is her gain there? Naija, a society, where women are constantly judged or expected to meet higher standards, worse when its a married woman with kids. (E.G Upon how innocent Anita Christ Embassy looked, ppl still largely BLAMED HER for speaking her own truth. Infact they still do! Her hubby remains innocent)

What is her gain? Her sisters and brothers will be under scrutiny by now. what is her gain?

-She has NOTHING to gain, last last she may be invited to talkshows or conventions where all expense will be paid. She may organise a shelter for women the coza pastor abused. What else? Tell me more things she will gain? Nothing!!!!!

I believe Busola just wanted to free her mind in her Walk with Jesus the Son of God. It is the same thing Ese wanted, only she was shunned/ mocked, giving no support, to the extent she even left Christianity. Btw i believed Ese 100% and supported her and was called an pr@stit@te and all, others supported her anonymously, she was left all alone

      Naija girl child has s u f f e r e d ehhhh, may God continue to protect you

    4. I don't know why ppl always look to paint the women as 'victims' in all these sort of cases even when a number of rape allegations have been established as false. Ese knew what she was getting into, I don't see what can justify her actions, one way or the other. As it is, the narrative on Busola's case has been to paint her as some weak or dumb teenager, while her family is made to look funny for the fact that they could see nothing wrong in attending a church run by an unrepentant cultist. Ppl pushing this line of thought aren't giving much credit to her and her family for any real intelligence, to say the least.

  21. I think most of you have not sit down to think?? According to her story she said she was raped thrice how possible is that rape three times may heaven forgive all of you for supporting an allegations that has no prove this is absurd

    1. And may heaven forgive you for defending a man who has constantly over the years used his position to abuse the flock of God's church.

    2. Nothing like statutory rape there. She was above the relevant age of consent.

      Delete
    3. 16.21 you have no shame. Defending the abuse of a child under the guise of "relevant age of consent". Just watch out, cos all of you will share in Biodun's punishment.

    4. 16:33, I will share in nothing u are going on about, okay. The things I've known to go on on campus alone (I'm not even mentioning larger society) are enough to tell me that a 17 year old is no sweet innocent. Nevertheless, I'm quoting a simple fact. U know in Nigeria, we have a phobia for facts.

      Delete
    5. So therefore that 17 year old deserves to be raped because they are "no sweet nothing". Wow. Just wow. You will surely share in it. Continue with your defense pls.

    6. 17:32, what any discerning mind wd glean from the lady's account is that she allowed him have his way 'cos there was attraction. I simply can't blv this story of utter helplessness of a 17 yr old. I don't know how what I have just said amounts to a '17 yr old deserves to be raped' The point is that u ppl shd cease this attitude of considering every woman who comes up with a rape allegation an actual victim, without concrete evidence. I don't support her or the 'pastor'. They both know what they were doing as far as I see it. So keep ur null and void curse. It's definitely not for me.

  22. If your wife was accused of multiple sexual allegations, would you stay with her through it all????

African men want you to stay with them thru thick and thin but would do the opposite if tables were turned.

  26. I wonder y those supporting this pastor do ignore busola narrative where her brother went to the pastor with knife for raping her sister and other pastor was still begging him that it was the devil. I believe Busola was raped by the pastor but along the line they started having consent sex.

  27. All this God nonsense and you people are still listening. Nigeria will continue to deteriorate with this slave to religion mentality.
