    2. The same Obasanjo that gave away Bakassi? And now the people are maltreated in Cameroon. I like Obasanjo, but, that Bakassi issues pains me so much.

  3. Can we just focus on the present and let go of the past. Why do we keep recalling what the past would have done in the present. We cant grow like this o.

    1. There's no future without the present, just as there's no present without the past. A nation that fails to learn from their history is bound to repeat it. Reason that one seats in Aso rock today. Forget the past ko, forget the past ni. We can't grow unless we deal with it, then we can forge ahead with the lessons learnt.

  4. Smells of ethnic bias and without any evidential support to his claims.

Take up your dictionary and read the meaning of "ethnic" and "bias"
Converse with civility and not with profanity.

  7. All the losers are just looking for ways to instigate the people against the government of Buhari at every opportunity they have.
Everything in life is not force. Was it not under Obasanjo Nigerians were killed in Bakassi?

    2. but can you admit insecurity and poverty wasn't this bad in OBJ time. therefore he is a better president than your dead vuhari.

    3. Nigerian soldiers dealt with them deadly for trying shit with Nigeria. OBJ gave up the land because Nigeria signed an agreement under Gowon's administration ceding the land. Don, this is not woman matter where you spew nonsense.

    4. Anon 14:34 God bless you for schooling Don. Let me also add that, OBJ didn't single handedly release the bakassi lands to Cameroon, It was a war treaty initiated and signed by Gowon. I wondered why Don didn't know that part of history but again I won't be surprised, for the prevalent ignorance found in the Nigerian space about modern day history is so monumental and devastating than anyone can imagine or as I earlier thought.

Don, this isn't woman matter like the anonymous rightly said.

  11. 💯/💯, I told my husband this same thing last night. I said to him, Obasanjo is not a saint but if he were to be president, all these insecurities won't be happening and no African country will come up these xeno thing without hearing our govt.

There is nothing in Buharis's brain except using that position to mess us up everywhere

  12. Mr Ovation, please go do something else with your phone. So having a concerned leader with human sympathy and a sense of patriotism is good now, shey? Oh so now, it's Obasanjo that's the best abi?
Were you not in the forefront chanting the praises of the one you're now trying to sub? I could have understood if you were from our generation, no history lessons in school. But anyone your age who sang this man into power should go bury their heads somewhere.

  13. Haba Naija people!! I remember
before first elections Buhari should not be fielded as APC candidate because he was seen as draconian and also a religious fanatic and blah blah! The gist of it was he would be too harsh and tough as a leader. Now I am seeing write-ups that he is too soft.

  15. Either Dele is ignorant or just being mischievous or childish, when two countries are caught up in this type of situation you use the carrot and stick approach that is diplomacy and boycott. Nigeria and South Africa don't share boarders either are they that close so closing of borders is out of the question because of this you can't into war mode so that is also not an option for now. People who are saying Nigeria government should send a plane to bring all Nigerians back are not being realistic how do you expect people who have spent 5,10,15,20 years to just pack up and leave some even married to south Africa women so some with established business and life styles there common!! We should take all this into consideration before we talk. The more realistic solution is what the government is trying to do even if OBJ was president he couldn't have done anything more so people should not be moved by Dele Momodu's very cheap stunts and usual attention seeking. In Nigeria the media both print, electronic and social media speaclize in giving people cheap publicity.

  16. I have always stated the EASIEST thing to do in this life is criticize meanwhile some people can't even lead a small team at work or even their village meetings effectively with incompetence, ego, jealousy, intimidation, and set ups setting in.
