  3. Did the commission go there with S.M Galadanchi to know he didn't go there to influence the court ruling? Why are they quick to exonerate him? So they could believe him and not his Lordship?

I believe coming out three months after the said encounter something could be responsible. Could she be under threat to do the bidding of the prosecuting team? Why should EFCC called her action hasty? When the Executive removed the former CJN wasn't it hasty? Did they follow due process? She should have waited and the intended bribery buried in secrecy. EFCC should bury their head in shame. This is to show how they have been operating.

  5. While the explanation is reasonable, the attorney should have recused himself from any matter before that judge. That is the appropriate thing to do

    1. Simple and short!
You excuse yourself from a matter of you feel that you have a personal interest, or is biased.
You wash your hands off the matter and the CJ will gladly reassign the case to another judge.
The chastising in an open Court is not ideal.
