Kogi Governor Yahaya Bello Reportedly Sweeps Polling Unit

Kogi state governorship elections held on Saturday November 16,2019 and from all indications,it looks like governor Bello will not be leaving government house.........







The Kogi State Governor and candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Yahaya Bello, has defeated his closest rivals, Musa Wada, of the PDP and Natasha Akpoti of SDP, in his polling unit.

His polling unit is Okene-Eba/Agassa/Ahache Ward, Unit 11, Okene Local Government Area of Kogi State.

The governor scored 716 votes to defeat Ms Akpoti of the SDP and Wada of the PDP who both scored no vote.

      GYB(APC) had not proven to be the best for the people of Kogi.

  2. I read somewhere Dino Melaye is winning and almost to be declared a winner. If that's true then I can imagine the confidence with which Dino Melaye always boast of winning elections in his state. Does that makes Smart Adeyemi his political wife?

  5. Is it ot desperate Bello again? Wont you be surprised if he didn't "sweep" his PU? Not forgetting that even the devil has followers. If he likes, he should sweep and mop the whole of Kogi, he wont be there beyond 2023.

  9. Stella did you check Twitter yesterday? My God you needed to see videos of hoodlums going from PU to PU shooting sporadically, snatching ballot boxes and chasing voters away. I weep for Nigeria. This is 2019 and the eloctorial mal practices are worse than it was before.
