ReplyDeleteMy lazy ass, oya gbe body e!
These are all the problems that come with being overweight. Kai! It is well with her. I pray God comes through for her.
ReplyDeleteplease say what you know,my sister in-law is not over weight not even fat and yet has same disease, she couldn't breast feed her baby, visits LUTH often, another neighbor I know has same disease and she's TTC, she's also not fat nor overweight.
DeleteMy sister was not overweight same as my friend but they suffer from thyroid problems. Also my best friend died because she was diagnosed but ignored it. She died at 23 years. Non of these three people I mentioned were overweight.
DeleteThank you,but I was actually referring to PCOS,may be I didnt state it clearly. Was told being overweight leads to hormonal issues and that ketogenic diets does wonders to it. Sorry about your sister and the loss of your best friend @anon 12:48.
DeleteAmen stella.
DeleteMake God heal her perfectly.
PCOS has nothing to do with weight. It's hormonal and the only person I know that has it is very slim.
DeleteHealing balm of God will come upon lepacious Bose and make her a living proof of God's powers. Amen.
@Lee Lee that's an incorrect information. I was as slim as a broom stick when I was diagnosed with PCOS. It is the hormonal drugs that make one fat.. .Hence you keep watching your weight.
DeleteLee Lee overweight dont cause pcos, its pcos that sometimes cause overweight, body hairs, etc.
DeletePlease let’s not be so quick to say things were not sure of.
DeletePCOS is most likely what made her overweight and not the other way round
Seeing that she has Both hypothyroidism and PCOS, she most like has autoimmune problems. I can bet she has diabetes too.
I pray for healing for her. It’s not easy dealing with conditions like these where there’s no guaranteed treatment
Lee Lee please you must not comment. Go and read about PCOS, psoriasis and hypothyroidism before typing rubbish
DeleteI pray for Gods intervention in your health.
ReplyDeleteIs there no cure for such condition? Or a way of managing it without all this excessive heat and pain?
Maybe supplementing your body’s thyroid production?
I really feel bad for you.
Stella, it’s HYPOthyroidism, not HYPER..:
ReplyDeletePeople with hyperthyroidism are usually underweight or find it difficult to put on weight.
Bose looks great
ReplyDeleteOhhhhh, I decree healing on you Lekpacious boss
ReplyDeleteWoww! This is soo touching, may the healing power of God locate you babes. It is well with you.
ReplyDeleteDoctors, come n expanciate pls,ur healed in Jesus name
ReplyDeleteThank God we don't all look like what we go through
ReplyDeleteGreat courage. May the Lord heal you.
ReplyDeleteThats why it pays to be NICE and KIND. be kind, people are going through so much that you dnt understand!
ReplyDeleteMay God perfect your healing babe. this made me teary
@Stella
ReplyDeleteLook at her post again, she wrote Hypo not Hyper
They are two different diagnosis
Stella your headline states Hyperthyroidism while the post itself states Hypothyroidism. Fix it
ReplyDeleteI think this is what I'm going thru...the heat is out of this world..and sometimes it feels as though something like a needle pinching me...I'm 24,it started when I was 20 and no I'm not and never been overweight.God help..I've gone to several hospitals and they say I'mfine
ReplyDeleteGo to teaching hospital or fmc
DeleteYours is hyper while hers is hypo. Hyper can make you underweight no matter what you eat while hypo causes over weight even if you go on hunger strike. It's a managed with drugs daily, I was diagnosed in Nigeria and started treating there. Nothing invasive.you just take a particular prescribed drug daily after the dr must have titrated it to know the amount you require to balance your hormone. And getting pregnant is an uphill task if your hormone is not balanced.
DeleteHealing power upon you
ReplyDeleteOh, it is well with you. May the healing hands of God rest upon you.
ReplyDeletepeople are really going through alot, when you think your challenge is terrible when you hear another person's own you will just thank God.
ReplyDeleteI had hyperthyroidism years back. Though it didn't affect my fertility but I was loosing weight drastically. Thankfully my surgery was successful... It is well bose
ReplyDeletePls where did u do ur surgery?
DeletePlease what other symptoms did u have apart from the weight loss. I have lost weight myself and I plan on going to the hospital but I can't afford to right now.
DeleteIt's not just prevalent in older women, I have suffered from hypothyroidism symptoms since forever; extreme sensitivity to cold and heat, brain fog, dry skin, insomnia, slow metabolism, etc.
ReplyDeleteIt wasn't diagnosed early and then I couldn't afford the treatment and it requires a lot of supplements. Virgin coconut oil helps but I stopped using it since the price increased, and I've added weight even though I don't eat much.
I barely slept last night, God help me this hot season. It is well...
My prayers are with you ma!
ReplyDeleteThe Lore help you and help you pull through
Stella, hyper is different from hypo. Correct your headline
ReplyDeleteI never knew the importance of having a thyroid until mine was surgically removed. I have to take Levothyroxine every day now for the rest of my life. It’s a hassle but I thank God the tumor on my thyroid wasn’t cancerous.
ReplyDeleteMuch respect madam Bose
ReplyDeleteMy sister in-law almost died last year in our house from this disease. It was a doctor friend of mine that diagnosed her of this sickness. Now she is ok and taking her drugs. And I hear the sickness is for life. You just manage it. I pray for healing for you lepacious Bose.
ReplyDeleteBose you're a strong woman. I know someone that has psoriasis and I understand what you're going through. May God's healing hand touch you
ReplyDeleteI lost my breath reading this and you always make us happy, may almighty God bring happiness into your life sweetest ma'am 💕
ReplyDelete@Leelee and the other anonymous- there is hypothyroidism which makes you add weight and it’s the hyperthyroidism that makes one lose weight . She has/had hypothyroidism so the weight gain is understandable.
