    1. This is same story line with my elder brother but unfortunately he didn't make it. Before we knew what was going on, he was gone. Wife ranaway didn't even come for his burial. He just turned 40 and doing great. It's 5years but still hurts. No closure.😞😞

    3. This reminds of the victims of "surviving Rkelly"..i always blamed them for staying until i watched it myself.
Manipulative people are mostly narcissistic, avoid them at all cost, plus they avoid out spoken people .

    4. Reminds me of my Brother too,his wife ran away barely a year after the wedding and left him almost dying, well he did die a year later and he was still begging us before he die to go beg and bring her back, such a long sad story filled with bad memories as he was in his forties too,May he continue to rest in peace. When women are the abusers and manipulators they do it to the extreme and leave no stone unturned in turning their victims to egg shells

  3. A lot of men are going through one form of DV ,
Some left their partner while others are still there making excuses as to why they cannot leave .
No one deserves this , one of my family friend is currently in this situation but doesn't want to leave because of his kid.
I'm hoping he would find courage to do the right thing before it's too late .

  4. That guy will still go back to his wife because he still love her. You guys dragged him out of his home by force and not by his will. He didn't have a gf reason he kept taking shit till the extend of sleeping on the ground.

What's a married man doing with a girlfriend?
      Stop encouraging nonsense abeg.

Good he's left the union joor. Crazy people everywhere looking for whose son or daughter to kill. Let them just marry their kind and leave sane people alone.

    2. Now I understand where the hatred and bitterness towards women stems from. Don't write your brother off. DV is physical as well as psychological.

    3. Please don't say that Don. He is your blood and you can't even change that.
Keep doing all you can for him, and also pray to God for strength for him to leave that abusive marriage.

    5. DON. If you have any feelings at all when you think of your brother, that means you still care.
Please don't leave him like that, some women are the devils incarnate,do something, anything.

    6. Reminds me of a distant relative, he refused all forms of help till he passed on, d wife buried him in a cemetery n informed d family 4 months after his demise n secret burial, no one had any idea, the family stormed d house, took d kids n sent her out, she went to court but alas, it wasnt in her favour, the kids live with d family now in their late father's house, she visits alongside her new husband, hopefully this one will match her violence for violence.

    1. I’m so fvukn scared really..
These days I watch movies and observe the characters and I’m scared of marriage.. the label itself changes the dynamics even if both were “friends” before getting married.
And it ain’t even infidelity/DV I’m scared of.. that one na deal breaker.. it’s the potential emotional and psychological abuse/manipulation that could happen in it.. the heartache from lack of communication, the pain from seeing someone you know morph into something else for whatever reason, the numbness that come with accepting its for better for worse and the realization that humans never really change..
Imagine throwing kids in this mix.. This story messed my mood for days when I read it as I couldn’t even begin to fathom the trauma and Ptsd that would plague that young fella..

    2. 12:36 Marriage is NOT a scam. That's a lie from the devil.
Marriage is a good and beautiful gift of God to mankind for love, companionship and procreation.

It is the selfishness and wickedness in the heart of unregenerated human beings that cause all the evil in marriage, families and society.
God is love and those who live to please Him, LOVE THEIR NEIGHBOURS AS THEMSELVES.
Folks should surrender their hearts to Christ, yield to the leading of the Holy Spirit so they could love as one another truly.

    3. No wonder Don hates women...
Please don't give up on your brother. Those sort of people are manipulative and its a major tragedy for one to fall in love with them. They will break the person spirit and they are really good at it. Please help your brother

  7. What did i just read? Like a woman did that to a man? She sounds even worse than male abusers. Its sounds like she jazzed him.

  8. Hmmm, Prayer Point/ prophetic declaration: that in the name of Jesus, that is above every other name. My sons, brothers, uncle etc, will not meet/marry any Jezebel nor Delilah.

  9. My neighbour is going through same. Infact today he’s been called stupid and told to shut up his mouth severally. Just in my room and minding my business. He drives and she always sits at the owners corner. He fetches water, empty bin , on gen one million times for her royal majesty. I wonder how they fuck .The compound is watching.I pity the boy . He can’t even say hi to anybody because madam is looking through window when he comes downstairs . Handsome cute boy like this suffering like he doesn’t have sisters. It’s really a pity.

Sorry i dint mean to laugh but they fuck very well, most people in that situation dont even see it as a problem until its too late.

    3. Ehmm Anon 12:50 hubby does all these for us except the generator & driving part and I don't call him names plus he greets everyone but naturally on the quiet side like me.
He majorly fetches water, disposes the bin if I can't or not around and does other stuff around the house since there's no house help.
We communicate like friends rather than oga and madam so a few times statements like 'Are you okay?' have slipped out of my mouth but I've been working on my tongue.
Do all these make him a victim of DV?

    4. Hey God ohh. Where did he jam that jezebel ke?
I hope sense returns to him asap and he runs very far away.

    5. Your husband is a victim of verbal abuse, you see him as a weakling, i'm sure you wont snap at your boss "are u ok?" Your type normally are very humble n meek outside but a tigresse inside d house.

      Delete
    6. @ 14.41, saying is he okay is rude. Try not to discuss an issue or react if you are upset till you are calmer.

Then again "respect" is very important in marriage. It doesn't matter who earns more, be polite with your words.

Some words hurt deeper than physical assault, they damage the person or deflate the ego.

I see nothing wrong with him helping with the chores as long as you don't command, insult or nag him to do them. The words, please, kindly, thank you will go a long way, cheers.

    7. Tnx for the Advice Abroadian and like I said, I'm working on taming my tongue.

    2. Hmm, you haven't met a violent woman, have u? D shame wont allow d man speak up.

    3. You can’t classify this one as a Nigerian man. This is more like what we used to call then ‘London goat’ more like all butter and bread kinda guy. If na home grown Naija man, forget it mehn. He would not even find himself in this situation to the point of having scabies. Sey wetin happen naa.

    4. Trust me
A lot of men are going through one form of abuse.
That they women are speaking up doesn't mean it's not happening to the men.
For them its shameful to talk about this in public .

      Delete
  11. The worst part is that if you see these women, you won't believe they are capable of what they are accused of.
    I know one.
Pretty, well gathered, calm and smart lady.
But she stabs with scissors and kicks down doors.

    🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.

Her husband filed for divorce immediately.

Who wants to be killed in his sleep?

Men should please learn to speak up so we know these women and avoid them.
    Same with the women.
Names and pictures! To avoid reoccurence.

    3. My case is the reverse. He's the abuser and I'm a nursing mom. He's threatened my life (I had to report to Police) and does not provide even though he earns well.
I have had enough and I will be taking steps to quit him soon, in Jesus name, amen.
