According to the petitioner, the management staff acquired properties they failed to declare and allegedly labelled old projects as new ones and in the process, defrauded the government of hundreds of millions of naira.
Shebi CJN ordered the closure abi shutdown of all courts. When were they arraigned? I guess it's before the shutdown.
