They reportedly shot Tina were trying to stop a commercial driver for defying the state Covid-19 curfew.
The Commissioner of Police Lagos, Hakeem Odumosu called for calm and said an in-depth investigation into the circumstances surrounding the fatal shooting of 16 year old Tina Ezekwe is ongoing and contact had been made with Tina's family.
I think its time the government looks for another weapon to give the Nigerian Police, they are using the guns given to them to protect the masses to kill the masses!!!!
Sad.
ReplyDeleteJust look at their horrible faces. God rest Tina's soul
ReplyDeletePolice is our enemies nt frd,I fear dem pass anything, may her soul Rip
ReplyDeleteI don't know why they dont use rubber bullets, or like Stella said they can give them another weapon like catapult to use. Incompetent fools!!!
ReplyDeleteBack in the days, they used to give police baton, I wonder why they started carrying guns around and if they must give guns, they should give them toy guns because the Nigerian police are not to be trusted with human lives. Any slight thing, they cork a gun. I hate the Nigerian police.
DeleteWhy do some people allow the devil to use them anyhow bikonu? A driver (harmless) refuses to stop and the next thing is to shoot haba!!! If they were coordinated another set of police would have blocked the driver at another place in front. Now this innocent teenager is gone. Family heartbroken. God!
ReplyDeleteMost of them lacks basic training and education. No self control and temperament.
DeleteAlways quick to pass verdict...
That is good.
ReplyDeletePeople that Nigeria parades as police officers are poverty-stricken. They took the job just to 'survive'. It's like a hustle to them. They lack what it takes police our communities. Who have we offended in this part of the world?
DeleteJust take a look at the both of them, one looking like the Utobo himself and the other looking like abuoana! Two useless men.
ReplyDeleteSee how they wasted the life of an innocent beautiful girl with a promising future, I hope they both get fatally shot as well, umuekwensuu.
May the soul of the departed angel continue to rest in peace Amen.
I think it's about time they stop recruitment of all those riff raff into the police force. There are so many responsible graduates roaming about without jobs and you entrust these idiots with people's lives.
DeleteExactly my dear, I heard that some of them didn't even finish secondary school, you can imagine!
DeleteHe should be sentenced to death.
ReplyDeleteGood, I hope they will be jail too.
ReplyDeleteWatching the video of how Tina was being carried to the hospital was so heartbreaking.Rest in peace dear Tina.
ReplyDeleteEverything is wrong with police force.
My friend's cousin was also shot like that in Benin city just because of 100 Naira bribe . When the bus driver refused to give him then the policeman opened fire and unfortunately the guy was in the front seat with the driver . Thank God he didn't die now the police force have been pressuring his family to change their statement and to say he was shot by a vigilante
ReplyDeleteThank God for your cousin's life. NPF are animals.
DeleteAhhhh, how can they even talk bout changing statement, this pained me, wicked people.

ReplyDeleteGod help your people... Too many mishaps in the world today.
ReplyDeleteThey should pay for their crime. Wicked people ๐ฒ๐ฆ. Rest in peace dear.
ReplyDeletePolice can never be our friend. We are not even safe with the people that should protect the citizen. God please help and keep us.
ReplyDeleteSad but its,a good development
ReplyDeleteI heard the confession of a policeman turned pastor, he shot an innocent guy at UI (University of Ibadan) during one of their protest, he lied about it, 20 years later after becoming a pastor, retiring from the force his son was killed at the same spot, he had no choice than to come on TV to confess.
ReplyDeleteThey should not learn from others people will learn from theirs
Hmmmmmm.....
DeleteThe world is sick, death here, murder there ;brother matcheting each other over girlfriends, lawlessness by law enforcement agents, mother killing daughter, kidnappers killing their victim and the massacre in southern kaduna... It makes me sad... There lord heal our soul, and let peace reign..
ReplyDeleteVery wicked world, sometimes I give my self a headache trying to fathom this world.
DeleteI hate NPF.Nigerian govt should start all over ....recruit people who have gone through mental,/emotional evaluation.
ReplyDeleteThe NPF is something else. I see almost all of them with guns, and I shake my head. Shooting innocent people, but when there's a robbery, they don't do anything. May God protect us all. Amen.
ReplyDeleteTrigger happy policemen,so sad for the life that was lost
ReplyDeleteMay her soul RIP ๐
