    4. Haba.... I be man but this doesn't make sense at all. There is absolutely nothing wrong developing a male contraceptive but the one that will block sperm is a no-no.

Them forget say na when men release the thing de sweet pass?

Do something that can make the sperm not able to impregnate not to block sperm

    2. Actually there is a documentary on Netflix about male contraception, some exist today but the adoption rate is very low, society has placed the onus of pregnancy prevention on women and until we change the narrative, introduction of more male contraceptives won't change this sadly.

  17. Years ago, I think about 2010-2013, I'm not sure. One of my dad's friends came visiting. He had lost his wife but remarried two women. So there was constant war. My dad was asking him, he would go and marry two women at almost the same time. He said, his only mistake was that they are from the same town and he should have married from different tribes or states.

By then, the two women had children for him, so he told them, he doesn't want anymore children but they should not worry. He will take precautions himself. That he takes an injection monthly that kills sperms so if any of them gets pregnant, he will know she cheated. So there's always being a form of Male contraceptive, men just feel it's a woman's problem. Didn't we just read how a man brutalized his wife for falling pregnant. I read an interview of one of Fela's concubines that Fela was using a drug or an injection that kills sperms. So some of the concubines didn't want to leave the harambe, but they wanted children, so a number of them were impregnated by other men but there was a clear understanding between them and Fela that those children weren't his and the sole responsibility of their mothers.

    1. You hit the nail on the head, male contraceptives are usually non evasive/reversible and have little side effects when compared to the females. I think these are conversations worth having with one's spouse. I intend to be a 21st century wife lol, my future husband better be ready to consider this option after we are done childbearing

  20. Me, I will not take it, because, the one I have is not even enough, and you still want me to take drug to delay it. Mehn, delay is dangerous and dangerful.

  21. Hmnh! If you believe your partner then you are on your own o! Men are so careless and will tell you anything just to get in your bed. Unless it is the type of pill that you would take before the act and he takes it in front of you, wahala go dey o!

  22. The question should be, will guys/men agree to use it? Even with CD, some of them will remove it in the heat of the action.
