ReplyDeleteOne decent meal for one person?
ReplyDeleteN350 in Lagos.
Mama put N150 ewa agoyin beans + stew, N100 bread, N50 ponmo N10 pure water, N40 plantain.
All of you saying N1k and above, ha!!! Are things that bad now??
Things are bad and expensive
DeleteBread and beans will make you drink alot of water throughout that day
Ewa agonyin and bread-Yoruba call it "sokundale".I recommend this meal for anyone who wants to go the whole day without eating.Na so so water you go dey drink.
Delete@Slimzy
DeleteThe question specified the cost for just one meal oh, not the regular 3 square meals a day. No matter how bad things are, i refuse to believe you need at least 1k to eat just ONE decent meal in a day. Mbanu.
In the east you can even use N350 and buy 3 large okpas and water with change, okpa is very filling and nutritious.
Snarker if I am the type that eat out my decent meal would be 1k at most
DeleteIt depends on the eating style of the Nigerian. Some can comfortably spend 1k in a day, and another Nigerian can enter mama Cass and spend 2k in one sitting. So it all depend.
ReplyDeleteDepends on location. 1200-1500 in ado Ekiti.
ReplyDelete#3,000 for a good 3 square meal

ReplyDeleteIt depends on where you live and what decent meal means to you. In Lagos, it ranges from 900 naira to 10k
ReplyDeleteEveryone be talking of mama put and papa remove!
ReplyDeleteHow about those who don't eat out?
Must you eat all your 3 square meals out?
