Bread and beans will make you drink alot of water throughout that day

    3. @Slimzy

The question specified the cost for just one meal oh, not the regular 3 square meals a day. No matter how bad things are, i refuse to believe you need at least 1k to eat just ONE decent meal in a day. Mbanu.

In the east you can even use N350 and buy 3 large okpas and water with change, okpa is very filling and nutritious.

    4. Snarker if I am the type that eat out my decent meal would be 1k at most

  15. It depends on the eating style of the Nigerian. Some can comfortably spend 1k in a day, and another Nigerian can enter mama Cass and spend 2k in one sitting. So it all depend.
