Yes ICC should probe them but I am not happy that we have these ''Western world messiahs'' should come and solve our own home grown problems..Why can't we have competent persons to do these probes or carry out forensic audits/findings on the service chiefs..We have the resources but we are so lazy and lack the willpower to do the right thing..Fayose when you were there, what did you do? Because you are outside government your mouth don become megaphone abi..
