I usually have lukewarm water with lemon juice in the morning and then breakfast at 11am. I only eat between 11am and 6pm. The lemon juice keeps my belly flat and no bloating.
I workout by doing a 30mins HITT workout in YouTube which includes over 1k skips. I want to add booty workout and some core workout but I’m so lazy lol
@Anomymous 09:13, correct! I am with you on this one-Team Intermittent fasting- the key to healthy living in my opinion. There is no giving up on this life style. Just as you signed out, so will I.
Treasure stitches healthy living is very key especially as we get older. This year I stopped using Maggi cubes.
Amy- I’m going to try and start booty workouts because small booty matter too na haha. With core start small I use to do 4 diff core workouts that I like I no dey do the one I hate. Stick to 100 per day and increase it as you go along.
Yes. I've not had any breakfast in the last ten years. Loving it. Keeps me fit, good shape, alert spiritually -can pray anytime I feel like without sleeping. Alert mentally; great energy. My inspiration; Eccl. 10:16 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈
The research actually says now that not every body needs breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal for some bodies and not others. The same with number of meals
