  5. yes we need to know because Uncle that walked away is being flaunted by his current gf. And is vibrating that my male friend (platonic oooo) come to visit. I am now wishing i have a bf. Uncle threatened divorce, oya file for over two years, he says if you are tired file. Imagine!!!. So please i need to know though a relationship isnt my priority now, as i already have evidences to nail him for adultery when he dares open his mouth requesting for custody!

    1. How do some of you do this separation thing when it’s obvious the marriage is over, or you file first - no you file first, instead of just filing for divorce?

      Mine threatened me with divorce and when I told him to go ahead and file, he got upset and said he won’t but I can file if I want to. I filed within a month and he was surprised. Don’t have time for nonsense.

      I’ve noticed that maybe due to culture, some Nigerians don’t like to be the one to file for divorce even though the marriage is over. Again I ask, who has time for such nonsense? Why the unnecessary drama?
