  30. He’s not the first son. This copy and paste is very annoying. He’s just the popular son. Had two brothers before him and a sister after him. Four kids with late Prof Ikejiani Clark (his Mum.)

  32. So sad! Scary stuff. That's how someone I know splashed pictures of the accident scene all over her status trying to form you will missed, still can't believe you're gone..
I mean if you really loved the person like you are forming, how would you put up gory pictures without any warning and then say you will be missed. Nonsense I tell you
People just want to have something relevant to post.

When tragedies occur close family and friends are too shocked, they try to process events and keep their heads firmly screwed to their shoulders and social media is the least thing on their minds

    2. I find this behaviour very crass, insensitive and so devoid of any empathy! Check very well. People who do this do not even have genuine sympathy for the victim and their families. All for likes, retweets and views. If you truly love, respect the victims and famimilies you won't put their very scarred pictires of their bodies for views. People should just learn to do better.

    3. Exactly. No one wants to be remembered with their worst pictures or in their most vulnerable and helpless state. I applaud Stella for not showing the other accident pictures where the corpse is visible. Some are sharing those pictures without even blurring the body. No No No. Thanks to Stella, Sahara Reporters and those who know how to properly report death news.

On the other hand, it seems the trailer was parked in the middle of the road without a bright triangle warning signal to detour oncoming traffic. It should be illegal to park like that on the highway. It should also be illegal for trailers to move in the day. Hmmmm Nigeria has a looooong way to go oh. We need policies to stop these preventable deaths. So what on earth do our senators discuss when they meet? What laws are they passing?

  38. Who told you trailers only move at night? Y’all that haven’t entered any airplane, will sit and be talking foolish!
I run a freight company here in the state, and they don’t move only at night. Yeah you might not be able to use certain freeways but you can drive a 53” truck day or night.

My condolences to the grieving family.

    1. You're way too angry for a simple comment. This should be the only insult in a post about death. Calm down okay? :)

    2. 18 wheelers or trailers move in the day but have rules on lanes they can be on, routes they can pass and if this one was broken down with nothing to indicate it’s state, somebody should be liable. The trucker up there, can you leave your 18 wheeler (called trailer in Naija), broken down on the road without signs almost from a mile away? You won’t I’m sure & you have a commercial drivers license which is your meal ticket which will be yanked off if you misbehave while the owner of the vehicle will be taken to the cleaners. There is no need to insult those who haven’t travelled here. Internet has exposed one side of the world to another. The world is now a village. It’s actually common sense to construct roads with shoulders in Nigeria so the broken down vehicles can be moved out of the way to the shoulder. The truck owner & driver are liable.

May his soul Rest In Peace
