  37. Diet pills 😪
No one should come preach to me under my comment. I am a medic and I already exercise and count calories but the process is bloody slow and I needed the extra help. Oh Well, the money spent is not commensurate with the loss seen😭.

It's so easy to say weight loss pills are not safe yenyenyen but you lots body shame people 24/7.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. People are free to body shame, it's their business. Yours is to love yourself for who you are, carry yourself well and keep your self esteem up.

      Delete
    2. Do anything that makes you happy. Your happiness matters

      Delete
    3. It is well with you, the results is a gradual one, keep up with the exercise.

      Delete
    4. Is it orli***'? What about the side effects??

      Delete
    5. Body shaming is bad but if that medication has unsavoury side effects, the body shaming will only increase, not reduce right?

Don't poison your body and jeopardize your future because of people who will continue to dislike you.

Why should you risk your life for people who don't treat you with kindness? Why should you be unkind to yourself to please wicked people? Are the words of those who use their words to hurt worth any value? These are questions you should ask yourself.

Your body is the machine that has been faithfully working for you since you were in your mother's womb even through the years when you didn't fuel it in the best way. It deserves far more love and respect and it's safety should be of more value to you than any wagging tongue. You did not gain the weight In a day and you won't lose it in a fortnight.

If your self-esteem remains this low, I can tell you as a fellow medic that you'll keep falling off regimens and punishing yourself, looking for the same self esteem by eating the wrong things and at the wrong times and instead of exercise to be exhilarated and adventurous, your body will record it as stress, pumping cortisol, increasing your cravings and making it harder to lose weight.

Try affirmations and meditations. Read on Self love and acceptance like Radical Acceptance by Tara Brach. Listen to such podcasts and follow those who have gone on the weight loss journey by loving the body enough to train and care for it. Consider intermittent fasting. I wish you the very best. 🤗.
