Luca is a good movie,, black widow is good ,, fatherhood is good too. Hitmans wife bodyguard is good too. I have watched lots of new movie but can't remember some. I heard the new fast and furious is wack.

ReplyDelete"The King" tells the story of Henry 'Hal', the wayward Prince of Wales who following his father's death became King Henry V of England. Despite his sister's ( Queen Phillippa of Denmark) warnings about palace politics and elfish interests amongst some noblemen at court, he was deceived into waging a war against France by William the chief of Justice, one of his most loyal advisors. This was achieved by sending a fake assassin who claimed to have been sent by the King Charles of France to kill him ( King Henry).
He acted on this false report and battled France. He conquered them, killed the arrogant Dauphin(prince) of France. King Charles surrendered to Henry, which automatically made him heir of his throne and offers his daughter Catherine to him for marriage.
When they returned to England, Catherine confronted Henry about going to war with her people and the unnecessary killings. She further revealed to him that there was never a plot to assassinate him, the only plot was within his court. Henry confronted William who confessed he staged the whole thing because true peace only comes through victory. In a rage, Henry stabbed him on his head as he knelt at his feet.
A very nice movie, I was so impressed with the performance of all the actors especially Timothee Chalamet (King Henry). He's just in his early twenties but a fantastic actor, gosh, I fell in love. Had to search for his other movies and watched 'Little Women', another beautiful movie he starred in.
Interesting fact: Catherine was portrayed by Lily Rose Depp, Johnny Depp's daughter and she did quite good with the French accent.
Robert Pattinson too killed the French accent, like how do they do it?
Hollywood is too good abeg.

DeleteSnake eyes was great and had many stars in it including Tokyo from money heist and doctore from Spartacus, also action and ninja packed throughout.
ReplyDeleteFast & furious 9 is also great and intense but not exactly what I expected but I guess it’s because it has been going for too long hence why it’s that way now
Black widow is exceptional and very interesting, I was fixed on it till the end and all the actors were great in interpreting thier roles and actions and I also love Scarlett Johansson and her sister very well in it.
If you are a fan of black American series and also a Tyler perry fan, then I will recommend SISTAS for you, it has a very nice and dramatic story line with many twist of events as all Tyler perry movies and you will fall in love with many characters and how they juggle life & relationships, a trial will convince you.
Day of destiny is also interesting and funny, it features Tari from Johnson’s and broad shaggy and it has a nice time travel story line attached to it and the characters were all good and I think denola grey was great in it.
Also see; My village people by bovi, kambili the whole 30 yards, finding hubby.

It was boring to you because maybe you did not understand the storyline as it was a spin off from avengers and them all being on the run, so I can understand why u felt that way because when I watched with my guys the only one who has not been following marvel movies was confused and tired of the movie until we all explained some stuff to him and he started getting it gradually

Delete"Criminal" is another good movie about a dangerous convict, Jericho, who was scientifically implanted with, a dead CIA agent's ( Pope) memory to finish an important assignment retrieving a wormhole program that contains nuclear weapon codes from a hacker who was hiding from his former associate, a Spanish anarchist. He had flashbacks of Pope, his arrangements with the hacker, the bag of cash he planned to pay him off with and the safe house where he was. The once emotionless, ruthless and beastly convict started being humane as a result of the implant. He even traced Pope's house. To convince his wife that he still lives in him, Jericho revealed some private info and gestures which only the two of them knew.
ReplyDeleteAt the end, he succeeded in destroying the program by setting it off against and killing the Spaniard. He was tested and certified to be a better person as a part of Pope still lived in him. The CIA boss offered to give him a job.
Kevin Costner was Jericho, Ryan Reynolds as Pope, Tommy Lee Jones as the implant doctor, that beautiful Israeli lady that acted Wonder woman as Pope's wife.
'Little women' is about four sisters and their handsome young neighbor ( Theodore) who was hopelessly in love with the eldest (Jo). But she turned him down because all she cared about was writing. Meanwhile one of the sisters, Amy loved Theodore. Jo left their little town and moved away to a big city. Amy went to live in another city with her aunt in the hopes of landing a rich suitor.
Many many years later, Amy spotted Theodore at a park one day and they reconnected. Theodore fell in love with her and persuaded her not to marry her rich suitor ( he was a rich heir too). They got married and were very happy together. They got news that the youngest girl was ill and traveled to see her.
Back in London, Jo who had become a successful writer realized she loved Theodore and decides to tell him yes when they reunite in their small town. But it was too late. The look on her face when Theodore gushed about his wife Amy touched me. He told her they'd always be friends and all that shit. She got her own man at the end anyway.
Nne go and watch the Cook of Castamara on Netflix and thank me later😉

AQUAMAN..this movie is about a mermaid queen who came to the earth, fell in love with a man and had a son. She left back to the underworld ocean and continue with her old family and she had another son.
When it was time to select a new king, war started between the two step Brothers. The movie is centred on love, family ties and betrayal.
EMPERESS: This one is for the Korean movie lovers. Very very interesting.
King Arthur, Kingdom(Korean), Charlie's Angel all are nice movie.
