  5. I once heard a sermon by Dr Olukoya titled "Slaves who love their chains". The writer of Ecclesiastes said he had "seen servants on horses and princes walking". I am no fan of the glorification of voodoo power by him but for crying out loud, this man was going about his life when a helpless king called him after the murder of a Diaspora returnee entrepreneur in Ibarapa by Fulani Herdsmen bent on grazing on the farm he invested in. Comments about him not being a freedom fighter saddens me and make it clear Nigeria will never be free of domination by those "born to rule". I wish he hadn't listened, he lost so much to an ungrateful people while everyday is party day in Ife, the supposed cradle of the race he fought for. Let Kanu & Igboho serve as lessons for those bothered by injustice and poverty in Nigeria. There are too many slaves who love their chains and the status quo will keep getting worse. May God forgive him the sins he committed with some of his utterances and look at his intentions. Same with Kanu. Nobody should pity Nigerians. People deserve the government they get. Keep recycling garbage but stop complaining as you won't have appreciated MLK or Jerry Rawlings if they were Nigerians.
