  2. Should a child of 3 be able to write the English alphabet?
Note: she can recite it prfectly, count 1,2,3 to 40, 36 states and capital, 21 local governments in Anambra and their headquarters...and whole lots of poems and other stuff.
I believe her pre-nursery teacher had a good job, it's left to her nursery 1 teacher to do the rest(teaching her how to write), or am I wrong in my assumption? Should she have learnt how to write in pre-nursery too?
    Thanks.

    1. A child of 3 can write some of the alphabets and not basically all, while some can't and it doesn't matter,he or she can still learn to write.your child is doing ok so don't bother her Biko, she will learn more in nursery1

      Delete
    2. Pls NO. She’s on par with her milestones which are recognising and reciting the alphabets well.
      There are exceptions tho.

      Delete
    3. She has done well for her age, reading actually precedes writing. You can actully teach her how to write by using sand tray ( get a purified sand and put it on a tray, then you write the letter and also ask her to do the same) and also engage her with hands on activities such as pegging, painting, lacing and any activity that would enhance her pincer grip. You can also download fun worksheets on tracing and scribbling. Please remember to make all activities interesting.

    2. Baking soda, lemon......YouTube

      Delete
    3. Brown sugar or regular sugar mixed with fresh lemon juice too works wonderfully. Leave it on for 2-3 minutes then rinse with lukewarm water.

You can use it for exfoliating your whole body as well but I don’t recommend it on your face because it maybe too harsh for it. Also leave it for up to 2-3 minutes then take your regular bath. Twice a week is enough to make your skin even and glow.

    2. Pls don't waste your time to go and queue up at the bank. I learnt how to make banks respond quickly on that naira blog or website whatever. Search for their official mail address, complaint unit and CBN. Send a mail to them copying the complaint unit and CBN especially when the money is much. Relax and see how prompt their reply would be. I've been doing this with 1stbank and it's working for. If you can still recall all the dates of the failed transactions, send a mail to that effect with dates, all the money will be reversed.

    1. I don't live in Lagos, but don't that Freda Francis woman have a spa.

Microblading is painful, I have had it done and it is no joke, but worth it. I think what I hated the most was that awful scraping sound on the touchup session and the smell of blood. But if you do your research and find a skilled technician you will be amazed at the difference it makes. You have to follow those Lagos slay queens to find out where they go.

  23. Let me kuku ask because I've noticed this for a long time.

In eateries and other public facilities, I notice rubber kettles inside the toilets.
I went to a supposedly classy place and saw this strange sight and the woman filling the kettle and going back in to the toilet.

Please what are they for?? Are people washing bum bum on the ground???

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. They are for washing bum bum after popooing. You wash it inside the toilet bowl. I do use it or I fill an empty water bottle and use. No, I'm neither a Muslim nor from South West or North

      Delete
    2. For ablution for Muslims.

    3. 18:07.

How can you was your bum over the toilet bowl? Do you stand on the seat?

No wonder eateries, shopping malls and event centres always have dirty water on the ground. Those cleaners are trying.

      Delete
    4. 18:55, it is very possible, those who are used to it, do it well. They don't do it on the floor. You sit and bend over with your bum in the toilet bowl, using one hand to pour water on your bum, you use the other hand to wash. My toilet is always dry, we all wash after using it. I even wash after urinating too. The fact that you don't do it or approve of it does not make it impossible or dirty. It is a very clean habit.

      Delete
    5. Pls it's a dirty habit 'cos there's no way some filthy water won't get around, no matter how small. Like the other person said, a lot of public facilities tend to have messy water on the floor. Why not do ur toilette at home; shower and all at the same time. How often do u have a go in a day, anyway?

      Delete
    6. 21:02 Like the thing dey baffle me o. There is no way you are washing your butt that the water doesnt dribble down your legs or splash on the ground. So what happens to the water on the ground? You leave it for your slaves to come and clean up ba? Well done.

      Delete

      Delete
    8. 21:02, your opinion. To us, it is a clean habit, to you, it is a dirty habit. Most public toilets are always wet because many people use it and some throw water around even while washing their hands in the wash hand basin. Let me stop here before insults start flying around. Good night.

      Delete
    9. 21:35 It is DIRTY plain and simple to wash your buttocks or vag.na or pen.is in a public toilet and leave that filthy smelly water on the floor.
      Simple!!!!

Again, in the rest room, the toilets and wash hand basins are in separate areas on the restroom.

Are adults children that they will be throwing water around??? Puhlease!!

It's a dirty, disgusting, filthy, irritating habit. Wash your buttocks at home and stop messing up public facilities.

I don't know how anyone can form cleanliness with such a disgusting habit.

      Delete
    10. Pls accept that what u're doing is unhygienic, wrong and very inconsiderate of other public facility users.
