A crippled kidnapper, Buhari Haruna of Kankia LG of Katsina state was apprehended by the police while picking up a ransom of N2m brought by Hamisu Salisu of the same LG, whom he threatened to kidnap.
Buhari who claimed to be a phone repairer, was said to have called his prime target on phone demanding the sum of N2 million to save himself and his family from being killed or kidnapped. He was arrested while picking up the N2 million ransom brought by Hamisu Salisu.
