Do you eat heavy or light in the Mornings?





Amala in the Morning is not a bad idea....

What are you having for Breakfast?

  1. I'm thinking of either cooking uha with uziza, isam, dry fish, stock fish and others or ukazi with achara dry fish, stock fish and others. The swallow will be fufu. I don't know which of the soups to cook. I have all ingredients looking at me.

  2. I have been to the gym 7-8 already then no breakfast till 11am because of intermittent fasting.

    I will have oats mixed with peanut butter; it is amazing!

    Breakfast is probably the most irrelevant meal of the day (for me) and I broke up with it years ago.

  12. Haven’t had breakfast till now oo. I bately had time for myself this past two weeks I returned from camp. First off, I fell sick, then after I got a sewing job. Tomorrow I’ll be heading finally to Kogi for my one year service. πŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒ
